Mozilla Firefox browser is supposed to be trustworthy open and honest -- so why then do they recruit you to their browser, switching from Chrome, with the promised of a free 50gb VPN - tempting but... See more

Latest update has prevented me…
Latest update has prevented me accessing my bank and gmail...spent 10 days trying to sort.
Could not even access Mozilla Firefox account as required cookie and local storage of which both were enabled.
Little help.available ...must be time to move...so frustrating service levels.

Goes back pages for no reason
Goes back pages for no reason! But good Browser.
Does what it says on the tin
Does what it says on the tin. They really care about your privacy and security, unlike others, such as Chrome, who would be happy to sell you off.
Sometimes works good and others not...
The best by far web browser....

Buck users has negative experience on it. I hate its garbage services.
What do any other browser offers that…
What do any other browser offers that Mozilla won't top? Nothing! - It is my pick and will ever be, no other offers so many addons and customization.
Will not use
Will not use. They have financially supported sites used by organisations deemed Terrorist groups by the US government.
A really good browser that offer so…
A really good browser that offer so many add-ons that it becomes both its biggest appeal and disadvantage. Being open source is a major, MAJOR plus as it allowed the birth of my favorite browser "Project Tor" - and for it i'll always be grateful. Everything you need you can find for it, might take a wile because of the giant pool of add-ons as i mentioned before, but you will without a doubt find it.
Not counting Tor, as it's on his own league, Mozilla firefox is my favorite browser.
First I was using Internet explore, Now using FireFox
First I was using Internet explore. But when I used Firefox, I feel it's speed super fast. It is more fast than Internet explorer and Chrome.
well
well, i'm still one of those people that think that the firefox browser is so much better than the chrome.
The only thing i don't like is that you can't really add any extension from the chrome store, that's too bad.
Used to be a good web browser
Used to be a good web browser. Since they change the set up, put the home button from right to left then put a lot of crap and make it more complicated to use. Cannot set the new tab to search engine that you want so it is useless now. So uninstalled it and will never use again.
There are so many browser out there which is simple to use.
Great open source browser
Best open source browser, especially the desktop versions, the mobile app could be improved though. It has a lot of great and useful privacy & security settings
3 stars because it's way better than …
3 stars because it's way better than Edge but is not as good as Chrome (for now) - at least for desktop. Yet, I prefer to use Firefox Mobile on my smartphone nevertheless:)
Crashes
Crashes
I love this browser, I just wish it doesn't crash thrice a day.
A lot of crashes lately
When I first switched to Firefox it was great. seamed faster than my old browser but after about 6 mo it started to get a lot of crashes now I get at least 4-5 a week. It really hurts when your in the middle of a game you spent points on (money)
example .... I was just about to win a tourament and recieve 25,000 pts and it crashed. and by the time it was back I had lost (& my points)
I know this happens sometimes but it's now to many times in one week even thought about going back to my old browser, but will stick this one out a little longer maybe they will get it fixed.. we'll see
You're simply the best !
Compared to others, Firefox has:
- more respect for privacy, does not track you like others
- offers plugins etc in order to keep your navigation experience more secure
- very good with adblock plus
I love the fox
Love fire and love fox so why not put them together for one of the best browsers out there. Firefox is my go to browser is now my main browser. From great additions to custom backgrounds firefox has yet to be beat. Fast, reliable, and easy to use if firefox was a superhero it would be Batman and we all love the bat.
make it a lot harder for hackers to change your defaul search engine
every time i install a program my default search engine changes. why don't you make a default option in firefox - never to change the default search engine if you don't enter your password.
