I contacted Firmus Energy to switch gas suppliers. The process was much easier than I thought. The advisor was knowledgeable and professional throughout. He worked out what I would save and clearly outlined the offer available to me. He even offered to send me tips on how to save on my energy use in the future. The whole experience was very satisfactory.

A satisfying experience
I was considering making the switch to Firmus Energy so I took the unusual step of visiting their new premises in Mallusk rather than conducting the business over the phone. I was met there by Shauna from the sales team and made to feel very welcome. Shauna explained the current deal that they were offering to bill paying customers which was a 24% discount on their standard tariff for one year. She explained everything very clearly and was able to answer any questions that I had. I was happy to sign up to the deal and left the office a satisfied customer. Well done, Shauna.

I was encouraged to switch supplier from SSE to Firmus Energy by Joe who was doing a local promotion in my area
He explained everything very clearly and precisely to me , even having to make a second visit .
