I have been a returning customer of F4F for several years with no major issues. I provided feedback once on a bad airbrushing paint job seeing a visible tape line.
Recently got an item that was damaged either from shipping or packaging. F4F left no space between the shipping box and item box, with no padding. I am doubting it was shipping damage from the USPS as the root cause as the hole on the way from them did not line up with the statue damage.
The construction of the item and the plastic shell design seemed questionable and it may have have damaged the item itself. Especially after they reported it was going thorough US custom inspections which is notorious for causing damage. I don't know if F4F reinspected at their warehouse in the US as the tape was still on it, but it could have easily been thrown or squished by customs.
I've seen items with way better shipping and packaging from other companies. Even other statue companies that just pad with a foam corner and have some empty space. I don't remember if F4F used to do that in the past.
Reached out to customer service/support and it was a hassle. They seem to mainly reply at the end of their day in HK time, making communication very hard. Had to play a bunch of cat and mouse with their support. Initially kept trying to get me to repair it and not offer all options. Refund was initially with no-deposit back even though issue seemed to be caused by their negligence, even if I offered a cheap return shipping to their warehouse. Replacement option wasn't clear.
Refund and replacement also requires destroying the statue yourself. This felt very unsafe as it wasn't breaking easily and felt like I could harm my self or other property. They really need safer alternatives like causing paint damage or something.
I opted for item replacement once the support made that clear it would cost no extra money. Downside is will take a few months to get it since it has to ship from their factory again.
Will update review once more when I actually get replacement.

I have other issues with F4F too after learning about their relationship with the owner of Animegami whose business I was a victim of that cost me and others hundreds of dollars with no product delivered.
Very skeptical of pre-ordering anything in the future as production ranges easily go out of range of consumer protections.

I ordered the Isabelle statue when it was first up for pre-order back in 2024. While the wait was long, the quality of the statue seems to be great and was worth the wait. I contacted customer service about a payment question and they were very helpful in answering my question.

I've recently had a very disappointing experience with First 4 Figures and I'd like to bring it to other people's attention as there's clearly some issues with processes behind the scenes and on the First 4 Figures website.
Back in November I ordered the Morrigan 1/6 Resin EX Combo, as it was on sale for Black Friday. I used a $420 points coupon to cover the item, and paid $100 odd USD for shipping. It was listed as In Stock at the time, as were the singular versions (Player 1 & 2 EX).
A month later I noticed my order looked a bit funny on the website, and contacted CS about it and they said everything was fine - it's just a visual bug.
Towards the end of February I noticed it had been 3 months and I hadn't heard anything about my order. I remember the product pages for F4F statues say it can take 1-3 months, so I waited. 3 months passed so I contacted them to see what was up with my order.
They said they would check with their freight forwarder, and they said they no longer have stock and said there was an inventory error. It still said In Stock on the website, and after I pointed that out to them they said it was a display issue on the "new" platform.
They changed that item to Wait List.
The single (not combo) editions of the Player 1 and 2 were still In Stock on the website. I asked why I could not have my order fulfilled with those two, they mentioned something about product numbers and told me they couldn't do it. Then they got back to me again after probing them about it, and said that both the 1/6 Player 1 and Player 2 statues were ALSO out of stock.
They were then marked Wait List.
I received a refund for my statues (well, the shipping), but because of the timeframe which had passed I had lost 10% of my deposit once it arrived back in my bank account (USD is down). I asked for a full refund, for the amount I paid as it was F4F's fault and was given a $20 USD coupon (that I can't use with another coupon so it's useless) and was referred to their refund policy when I complained (they tried to blame the banks first). Luckily I had paid using years worth of credits and only paid the shipping amount. I would be out of pocket $80 because of their mistake if I had not.
I tried to contact Alex Davis through Messenger to point this out but never got a response.
I think it's important that people know that something as crucial as inventory levels are not kept up to date or are mismanaged on their website.
Another thing I think I'd like to bring attention to is that if I had not contacted First 4 Figures, how much more time would have passed by before my order was noticed and dealt with? Are there not automated processes or flags for orders for follow ups?
Thirdly, when I contacted CS about my order there was no accountability, and no effort to rectify the mistake made by First 4 Figures. I had to suggest a solution, and it was only then they realized that the other singular statues also had incorrect inventory levels.
I haven't ordered with First 4 Figures for a long time because I haven't been able to afford to, and I'm pretty disappointed with the experience I've just had. I'm out of pocket $25, no statues and left with a bad taste in my mouth.
Edit: They've replied below. The company had stock when I ordered, and forgot about my order or chose not to fulfill it. Other people who ordered during the Black Friday sale received their items - I have discussed this with other customers in their Facebook group.
My order was forgotten. I am still out of pocket. They clearly do not value my feedback, especially if it costs them money.
Avoid this company.

I placed an order and made payment. I thought everything was fine and was waiting for the majoras mask that I purchased for my husband. A week goes by and I get en email that they canceled my order with no explanation. I had to reach out and wait for a reply. They explained it was due to a payment issue. Seriously ?? A WEEK to be notified of this. Do better. I will not be placing an order with them again.

Ohh boy was i wrong. The website is buggy and does not calculate prices properly. Well... i did order anyway (stupid christmas presents...).. anyway as you can expect i did not get the order nor did i get proper delivery date. The only thing i got was a link to another broken app (shop) that is not able to give any more information then what i got before (beside the app saying it has tech. issues since weeks..)
Anyway.. i did conntect the support@ and beside an automated ticket response (who is suprised???) i got NOTHING. Tyvm for this great exp. wish i had checked reddit and co. before.. stupid me.

I wish I read reviews before I bought a statue from them. And here is my bad experience story. I bought a statue from them. Waited for 6 months for my order to be shipped according to their schedule. And surprise - it was not shipped. I waited more, and finally I got the message that there was a mistake in there system and the product is out of stock. I can accept this to happen to a shampoo order, but this is an expensive statue. Buying such expensive products from company that cannot guarantee the value and the return is no go. I ordered from Prime1 before and always received statues. Do your own math, they will assure you it happens sometimes. Do you want this to happen to you?

Ordered a Kirby statue coming up to a year ago. Was told it would be released in the third quarter of the year, which was pushed to the 4th (meaning a year later) and have now been told it won't be ready till first quarter of 2026.
Clearly taking on too much work and unable to keep up considering they've literally revealed a new Kirby statue this week they are taking pre orders for and can't even finish the one revealed a year ago.
Edit: as I am now expected to wait until March 2026 at the latest, I'll update this review every time it gets delayed.
