Rohan was extremely thorough and helpful in setting up my polices. He found me much better deals for life insurance, critical illness and income protection policies than I previously held. He answered all queries and provided such great customer service through out.

I had a friendly and polite conversation with Michael who just called to see everything was still ok with my policy. No changes are needed so all ok! He responded well to another question I had, so all in all a really pleasant call! So far, all I've had is good experiences with the team!

Courtneay was V helpful with sorting my income protection policy and made sure its what I needed whilst not being just another boring sales guy. Actually has quite a laugh getting it set up. Props to Theo for picking up the case whilst Courtneay was on holiday and helping there.
