I'm really sorry to hear the car broke down. Unfortunately, the responsibility for the manufacture and good running of the vehicle lies with the manufacturer of the vehicle rather than with us.
The suppliers we use will check the vehicle before delivery to ensure it is in good working order and a car would never be deliberately delivered to anyone in sub standard condition. However, sometimes things do go wrong and hence why all manufacturers provide a warranty for their vehicles.
Therefore, when things like this happen, we will advise you to contact the manufacturer directly or your local franchise dealership to have any faults looked at. It is not that we are not interested, just that we are not responsible for any faults with the car.

Great admin but vehicle handover rushed.
Good communication and service from the admin side. However, the actually delivery of the vehicle I felt a bit under pressure to accept a delivery time to suit the driver and the handover of the vehicle was a bit rushed. Granted it was raining but I thought more time could have been afforded to me as a first time leader.
