Had Ash out to look at our fridge. Was very friendly and prompt service.

AJ arrived within the time advised and very efficiently dealt with the issues I had been having with my dishwasher. He then put each drawer through a test program to ensure it was working properly. He also waited while I started a full program to give me confidence that it was working as it should. AJ was polite and helpful throughout his visit.

Adam the technician was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. The repair was completed in ¾ hour. A little pricy with call out and parts but a good job well done.

Ash made a service call very simple and put our client at ease. A delivery damaged door was replaced and then levels checked and explained functions to our client.
This is the kind of service all companies should offer but it is rare.
