Adam Smith (tech126) mended my Fisher & Paykel dishwasher today. I'd thoroughly recommend him. He arrived on time and had communicated in advance exactly when he'd arrive. He fixed the problem without hassle or mess and gave me good advice regarding ongoing support and care of the appliance. All great.

Dishwasher stopped working

Dishwasher stopped working. Prompt service by Fisher & Paykel, automatic booking system kept me informed of estimated arrival, Robin, the service engineer called when he was half an hour away. Robin was professional, polite and personable, located the problem, resolved the issue and all working. An extremely sleek service.

Fridge freezer fault

A bit expensive for the call out but the Engineer was excellent. He found the fault immediately and checked the fridge freezer over to ensure there were no other potential problems. He was very professional and friendly.

Amazing service from beginning to end

Amazing service from beginning to end, Simple to book the repair appointment and great communication about date and time. Chris came to do the repair and he was great. Friendly, informative and quickly identified the issue. He need to order a part and came back within a week to finish the repair. So efficient, I would highly recommend Fisher & Paykel on the basis of the warranty service, as well as the quality of their products.

8 weeks in and still no resolution!!

8 weeks in and still no resolution!!

Two ovens and two warming drawers delivered 8 weeks ago, three of the four incorrect or faulty!!!
Eight weeks in and still waiting on a replacement warming drawer!! Promised delivery by the end of last month but didn’t happen and zero communication since!!! Terrible customer service!!

F&P is a quality brand, they are there when you need them

There was a small issue with my F&P fridge freezer. It was easy to book a visit from an engineer online. Adam smith, the engineer kept in touch with me on the day of his visit so I knew when to expect him. Adam arrived as expected, sorted out the issue and gave me some tips about maintaining the fridge freezer. Adam is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend F&P as a manufacturer and Adam Smith as their representative. Many thanks

The large burner of our 5 burner hob…

The large burner of our 5 burner hob had stopped working

Irod was our technician who came to fix it.

He was very good, efficient
Very friendly
The fault was fixed in no time
He showed us how to clean and maintain our Hob better so it won’t happen again
All round great
