Service was highly responsive and professional. All booked online within a couple of days and Robin came on time, fixed the issue and checked the fridge freezer over.

Robin was great, arrived on time with updates to let us know in advance. Resolved the fault, did all the checks and completed everything very quickly.

Ash visited today and what he did was great but have more chance of speaking to the Kremlin promptly than a customer service agent at F&P. Phone service clunky and lots of pushes to the chatbot/website and eventually they tell you they have a 20 minute delay and will cal you back. Or “over an hour” last time. Forget we have lives that do t mean we are on standby to receive a call back. This part totally lets down the rest of the FP experience. Great equipment. Great field engineers but pants in the middle.

Ash was great, fixed and explained exactly what the problem was and what he was doing, after a failed attempt of the first F&P engineer coming out to fix the problem.
Would definitely recommend and will definitely try and request Ash again, if we have any further problems!

We bought a £1,500 Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer — and it has been a disaster.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher – Model DD60DH17, Serial Number RUG348386

On 9 September 2024, an engineer attended under appointment SA-0003431634 to investigate an issue where the dishwasher was tripping the electrical fuse. The cause was identified as a faulty dispenser, which was replaced at a total cost of £279.98.

Unfortunately, just 18 months later, the exact same fault has happened again: the dishwasher is once again tripping the main electrical fuse during operation.

What is particularly disappointing is that customer service has now advised us that the repair is no longer covered under warranty, despite the fact that the same major component appears to have failed again only 18 months after it was replaced.

When paying a premium price for a Fisher & Paykel appliance, you expect premium performance, quality and, above all, reliability and durability. Spending £1,500 on a dishwasher only to experience the same significant electrical fault again within two years falls well short of what a customer should reasonably expect from a high-end appliance.

The way this has been handled by customer service has made the situation even more frustrating.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend Fisher & Paykel and would seriously reconsider buying from this brand.
