Dean the engineer was fab!! Really nice friendly chap who fixed our fault and left everything tidy! Really very impressed at FP customer care - the speed and efficiency in which they handled everything was top notch!

Overpriced and inferior quality. Within 4yrs of owning fridge freezer we’ve had to replace door seals and now it’s leaking water. If you are looking for white appliances stay well clear and do not be fooled by paying high end prices you are buying a high end product!

I had an issue with the water dispenser and managed to get a cancellation appointment with Ash who normally serves Milton Keynes area. Ash was superb, professional and really nice guy and diagnosed the fault straight away and fixed the issue with no inconvenience to the overall install to our new kitchen. All this was covered under my 5 year warranty and has ordered me a complete set of door trims that keep fallen off every-time we open and close the fridge or freezer doors

Chris & Eddie the installers were really great. They were quick, efficient and went to a lot of trouble to take our old fridge freezer away and install the new, with minimum fuss and disruption.

Great service from Adam from start to finish. Extremely helpful and talked through all the processes. Learnt a lot about how our dishwasher works.

Adam the service engineer was very good and resolved our issues with our new FP Dishwasher.
Also explained the functionality of the FP Dishwasher and gave some good tips for housekeeping
