Had some problems with my Pro Max when I first got it and had a very hard time reaching customer support. I later found out that they were down for a while because of Holidays where they are. Once I got in contact with Customer Support (Lina) , they were very helpful and replied quickly. My problems have been corrected and I am very happy with their service. The watch for what it cost is all right and I like it.

I have encountered a few issues with the GT5 Pro Max, and have received outstanding support at separate times from both Max and Lina of the Fitvii support team. They were genuinely concerned to resolve the issues, which they did to perfection. I found both Max and Lina caring, concerned, conscientious, knowledgeable, quick to respond and they took the time to make sure the issues were completely resolved. This is one of the reasons I love the Fitvii GT5 Pro Max so much. It's truly a superb watch in every way, and when coupled with support people who really take the time to do their work well and are clearly proud of the watch, it makes for a great experience in every way. I had ordered the V19PRO Health & Fitness Tracker. It arrived in a timely manner and I loved the features. I had wanted the blood pressure monitoring and the ECG, but I quickly grew to appreciate the blood glucose monitoring and all the other great features. Then after a few days it stopped working. I contacted the company and they are replacing it with a GT5 Pro Max (as the other watch is currently out of stock and I didn't want to wait). Lina from customer service has been fantastic during this whole process. They have been super supportative and very prompt in their replies. The suggestions offered allowed for a quick resolution to this problem. I feel that I have had very good customer service. I am happy with my purchase!

He agreed to replace my 6 month old watch which had failed to give heap information.

I purchased a Fitvii GT5 Pro Max. Its performance is overall good except the BP readings and Glucometer reading is off. I contacted their customer care . Max helped me. He has addressed the issue and helped me and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. 5* for Max

The health functions work but still won’t add device to my phone. Have asked for assistance but nothing yet.
After receiving a reply from Fitvii their response was to refund the shipping costs. I accepted that but still would not deal with them as the correct response would have been to send a new watch
We bought 2 GT5 Pro max in September of 2025. About 2 months later they stopped working. Got in touch with customer service, not eligible for return but we could mail them in for repair at our expense. For 18.00 we shipped to the address provided and they were returned to us.Apparently we forgot to put a long number on the address. So now customer service tells us they will mail 2 new watches to us but we would need to pay 50.00 shipping. We did so and only one of the watches work. Unreliable watches. Would never deal with this company again

Matt was helpful. The watches I purchased previously do not work anymore, athough quite new. Battery died. It appears no way to change the battery. I was given a upgraded model replacement for USD40. I purchased this watch as it has blood glu reading function. I have found, though, they are not accurate. I took these readings as reference only.

The watch is unbelievable good for measuring the health data only if you calibrate the metrics with medical devices at least once per week.(blood pressure,glucometre,or blood tests on a regular periods)Unfortunately my watch has a battery problem, and that was solved by the aftersales service in 4 months, they sent me another one, which is good.One other remark is the health data is not shyncronised completely with iPhone health app and there is no adaptive screen illumination.

The watch appears to be working without any glitches or problems in the 2 weeks I've had the smartwatch. I was rather surprised by the quality of the phone's speaker and microphone for talking calls. I found that it does talk a period of time to figure out the how to use the many functions.

Great support - responsive and timely!
I found this company responsive to my queries, and especially a person named Max. It is evident by the time stamps on his emails that he is located in the Far East, but he seems to be keeping long hours, helping North American customers in a quick and efficient manner. I ordered two watches and they arrived quickly. However, the one for my wife arrived without the extra watchbands offered on the Web. I immediately sent an email to the company with photos illustrating the problem. I received an answer in less than a day, and the issue was quickly resolved. Max even including a white band that had been out of stock at the time of the initial contact. Further questions on the app and how to use the watch were answered quickly, and videos were made available on the various watch operations and uses. The battery is long lasting for such a product, depending on which functions are kept active. I trust these watches will last a few years without too many glitches.

I ordered a watch and received the wrong watch. I contacted product support and someone named Judy responded. I was told a replacement watch would be shipped. It never came. Contacted product support again heard back from someone named Jennifer, she said she would check with her superiors and would get back to me, that never happened. Contacted product support again and got someone named Max. I told Max my situation and he took care of the problem immediately and apologized for any inconvenience that I had to endure. Max should be commended for his professionalism and his concern for his customers. Once again thank you MAX.

The GT5 Pro Max is An excellent watch to have
This watch was on sale at Christmas but by the time I received answers from my back and forth questions about it, and then made up my mind to get it, it was no longer on sale. I contacted the customer service about my dilemma and was delighted to hear from a representative, named Max, that l will be given the watch at the advertised price .
Initially, l encountered some problems setting it up but thankfully, Max responded promptly to all my questions with step by step details on what to do. The manual is somewhat limited with instructions in navigating the numerous features packed into this marvellous little device.Also helpful was google AI in answering my questions when l had to wait for a reply from fitvii due to the time difference being in North America.
I have had my watch running smoothly now for a week. It is true that the blood pressure reading is not as accurate as your Omron but if you calibrate your reading from this in your h band to your device then you will get a close approximation as to your BP (As Max provided in a previous review) .
I am just loving the many features of this watch especially using its phone as the voice reception is quite clear. Also, a big plus is the voice assistant feature that l just discovered which is helpful for this senior.
