Amazing Customer Service
I had an issue with geeting my order filled prior to my leaving Canada. A custoemr servic person, Max, was very helpful and responsive. He responded to my queries promptly and provided me advice as to how I can get myu order filled. I am very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Qudos to Max. Give the man a raise.

The person who took time to explain things to me is Mr Max. Great guy. I wish all customer service people are like him. He wrote a lengthy explanation on the issues I was dealing with. Thank you Max. The problem was not solved due to the device's limitations but nevertheless I came out feeling relieved.

However I soon found out that the blood pressure measurements it gave me were inaccurate.
The rest of the watch is great just a little disappointed

Excellent Customer service
I ordered the wrong product so contacted Fitvii for a refund. Ma at the customer service centre got back in touch by email within a couple of hours and my refund was processed at the same time. My personal experience of Fitvii was outstanding. My experience seems to be in contrast to some other customers comments, but I can only reflect my personal experience.

Watch was in Chinese and sent to USA
Upon receiving my Fitvii the watch was in Chinese and I could not understand it. I requested how to resolve this and MAX returned the information. I also had another question about the SOS function which was not listed as on of the features. Again, Max quickly returned the fact that the feature was there. This type of service will enhance Fitvii & Max in the company

Stay away.
The product was wildly and dangerously inaccurate in its BP readings. I was promised an upgrade. Exactly the same model eventually arrived. The customer support was slow and AI generated. They promised me a refund but only if I removed 1* Trustpilot review ratings, then after offering refund said when I replied it was outside their 30 day refund period.As you will have guessed I have not received a refund.

The product is useless. A toy. Data is not reliable. I was awake for an hour and it did not notice! To return for a refund you must send to USA. An expensive lesson.

GTO 5 Pro watch not delivered. no refund provided
I ordered the GTO 5 Pro watch and have waited over 30 days with no delivery. Fitvii support continues to give me excuses to keep waiting. This is not a reputable site. Buy else ware.
After 3 weeks of ignoring my request to fitviisns@ company name and support@ company name I got a reply through this review to contact the emails that are ignoring me. The company is disingenuous in the pretend support. The hassle of dealing with fitvii is not worth the product. There are to many reputable companies that do not take advantage of customers. Stay away.

Fitvii Gl5 watch purchase is lost in space
I bought the GL5 on October 21st and have yet to see any progress on the shipping of my watch. This was through Shopify and its website shows no moving the shipping status. It does show the purchase but that’s it. The Contact email provided on the Fitvii website errors out. The link to the Fitvii website on the order page also never loads.
I am very worried that my purchase is in a deep hole.
