Don't Advise - Company needs to fix Operations
I lost an earbud and was excited to find a small, specialized company like Fix A Beat. I placed an order on June 21, 2025.
It is now March 2026, and I have neither received the earbud nor a refund, despite requesting one. I have sent multiple follow-up emails and received very limited responses. The last time I heard from the company was January 1, but there was no clear resolution, and my three most recent emails have gone unanswered.
Based on other reviews, this does not seem to be an isolated experience.
I want to be fair—I understand that newer companies can struggle with demand, and I have tried to be patient. However, after nearly a year without resolution, I can no longer recommend purchasing from this company.
I hope Fix A Beat is able to improve its operations, but until then, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
