Purchased the Tempo deco shoe, poor quality materials.

The first ride my toe touched the wheel at significantly low speed while waiting for a traffic light. This causes the external toebox materials to rip causing significant damage

Contacted customer service, who advised me this was normal and not a warranty claim, and we're in able to provide advise of how to stop the hole in the material from spreading

I would expect discolouration at this type of contact, however not the material to fail, especially on a £300 shoe.

Will never purchase fizik again.

Fizik is the brand I go to for all if my saddles and shoes. I've used the Ferox, Ferox 2, vento powerstrap aeroweave, and Vega. All of them are stellar. All 5 of my bikes have an Argo adaptive R3 saddle on them for road, gravel, and mtb. I've never been disappointed in any Fizik products I've used. They fit me just like I need them to. My one request would be make updated Aeroweave designs based on the Ferox 2 and Vega. The double strap system is so comfortable and light on those shoes mixed with the new fit in the Ferox 2 and Vega it would be game changing! Thanks Fizik!

Prompt delivery and as well return as I changed my mind with color choice. Fizik issued me UPS number, so the return was on them. Ferox 2 are great comfy shoes. Well done

I’ve purchased several items from Fizik, most recently, mountain bike shoes. I’m consistently blown away by (1) how good the Fizik shoes are (style, quality, comfort) and (2) how quickly an order is fulfilled and shipped.

First the shoes. Fizik has such a cool, modern style that I really love. The quality and fit of the shoes are top-notch.

Ordering is a breeze and the package was shipped a day later, cleared customs, and was received in a few days (Italy to the east coast of the United States). Incredible! I have ordered stuff from many US based companies that took much longer.

Lastly, their return policy is generous, and the process is super easy. That’s an important factor for me when considering making a substantial purchase.

The bracket arrived quickly. Bu one of he holes was undersized s I had to file a hole in it to get the mounting bolt to attach to it. It sldo feels pretty flimsy.

Overall, the fit and quality of the helmet is great. I got the gray and lavender color and found that the gray was a little bit darker than what is shown on the website.

Also, there aren’t many resources in the box or online around how the pins are used to adjust the helmet, nor how to safe remove reflective back panel.

I still haven’t received the shoes. UPS is saying that they don’t have my address. However, when I bought the shoes on the website, I included a delivery address. I am very disappointed with the delivery service. I bought the goods ahead of time and still can’t enjoy it.

Easy to find and select the product I wanted. The saddle description was very accurate. After taking measurements, I chose the saddle using the measurement translation table provided. It fit's perfectly. Very quick delivery, even though it had to clear customs in Dallas. Ordered March 21, 2026; received March 25, 2026. Excellent!

I love these shoes and Fizik made it so easy to order and shipped quickly. Unfortunately the toe box is too narrow and my forefoot is too wide so I had to return them. Fizik made the return process very easy. Thank you!

Fast shipping and accurate description. I ordered wide and it's nice to have a quality brand that's lightweight and caters to my size.

FIzik’s returns process is a joke. You have to have a printer for the returns label, have to drive miles to a drop-off point, plus for returns from the UK they tell you to print a customs invoice, and then don’t provide you with one. They ignore all emails and only give you 14 days to return. PLUS their Tempo Decos Carbon Wide shoes have a weird lump under the ball of your foot which makes them unwearable.

Bought a pair of Vento Proxy Wide and I am very satisfied. I was able to order 2 sizes and return 1 for free.

Cannot believe have fast shipping was from Italy to the US. I even had to order a new size. 10/10! The shoes are very well made and fit like a glove. Steezy.

Unfortunately the Vento Argo R1 saddle I purchased wasn't the right fit for me. As an owner of 6 or 7 Fizik Arione saddles, the faux leather surface allows you to slide back and forth easier. I found the Argo saddle too sticky or less slippery and tad firmer than I'm used to. I know saddles are unique to each rider. That said, 5 stars on your return process. Bravo Fizik for making this process so easy. The online steps were easy to follow. In the future I will certainly consider any Fizik product because I know you have a world class return process. I wish other suppliers did this the way you do. Thanks and hopefully I'll see you on the next purchase.
