New fitted kitchen
A new kitchen has been fitted in my flat this week. I would like to praise the fitter Luke, who was very considerate and worked hard to complete the work with as little disruption as possible. Also the electricians Jamie and Tim, all 3 were very respectful and left my flat as clean and tidy as they found it. Thank you

Great work, great team very polite.
Today I had Johnny and another team member out to fit 3 internal doors, they were very polite & friendly. They worked quickly to get everything done and the tidy up was great by the time they had finished other than the new doors you wouldn't of known they had been here. They were very respectful and made sure my cream stair & landing carpet was covered over and they wore shoe covers too. Very very pleased. Thanks guys.

Amazing new kitchen2
Really happy with the way the work was carried out.So efficient and ran like clockwork. Rory was amazing both with his neat work and time keeping.Very friendly too.
Travis also was very efficient with the rewiring and putting in extra sockets.

I had them come and do my kitchen, what an awesome team, I couldn't fault them at all, from the kitchen fitter (and floor layer and plasterer) Rory was lovely, kind and literally finished in 4 days, JP the electrician was a lovely guy too, full of smiles and dedicated to his work, can't remember all their names? (sorry) the guy who came to paint and decorate was also a nice chatty guy, along with the manager, all lovely approachable guys, I suffer from anxiety and depression, along with other issues, and they were all so respectful towards me, in fact any dealings I've had with flagship have always been great, I've come to a flagship property about 2 years ago from a real bad situation, and I can't believe the help and support I've had so far,

Charlie is amazing!
Charlie has done an absolutely fantastic job, my bathroom looks amazing!
He's a credit to the company - very friendly and approachable. I felt very comfortable with him in my home and trusted his opinions on how the room should look.
Rory (electrician) was, again very friendly and did a wonderful job. Although I don't know their names, all the others involved did a great job too.
The only downside was that even though I had already had an asbestos check recently in preparation for this job, another was needed in order to check the loft which put a delay on the job being finished sooner.

Just had a bathroom fitted by Dan and…
Just had a bathroom fitted by Dan and Harvey - I’m extremely happy with the finished bathroom. Dan was very helpful from the first consultation until completion of the works. The electrician was also very helpful- he explained everything he was doing in detail and I had no qualms about leaving them all in the house to do the work while I went to work. They were also very careful with doors being closed etc as I had some very young kittens still being nursed by their mum.

The man who fitted the kitchen was absolutely amazing, very friendly and polite and nothing was to much trouble. My little dog thought he was great. The electrician was the same, friendly and professional, they did a marvellous job.

Not good enough
Having been repeated let down by Flagship they are now defending themselves by saying that a colleague did try and contact me. Strictly speaking that is correct. The reality is, however, I did receive a call but it was not to ring for long, so much so I was never given chance to answer it and they never tried ringing back later. That is the extent to which Flagship will try and contact you.

Charlie - New bathroom install.
Charlie fitted my new bathroom. He was quick and efficient completing the job in 2 days and a couple of hours. He was polite and respectful of me and the property at all times. He answered all questions I had clearly. The finished job looks fantastic and I am very happy with it.
