I was delighted you could incorporate my own gold into the bespoke rings. Staff on the phone & in person were friendly and helpful, especially at my appointment with good advice & suggestions plus accurate measurements of my 2 different fingers. The rings are as promised, beautifully packaged & fit perfectly. The only problem I had was working out how the bell worked - press number then bell - not just number!

That's why we booked an appointment at their gorgeous showroom in Tapton last weekend. The space itself is a testament to their design aesthetic – modern, stylish, and welcoming. We were greeted by Peter, a truly lovely and knowledgeable jewelry stylist, who immediately put us at ease.

Peter took the time to understand my style and the look I was hoping to achieve. He expertly suggested several rings that echoed the hammered effect of my partner's ring but in different metals. I was particularly drawn to their "Rivelin Valley" style, and Peter suggested crafting it in tantalum. The result is perfect! The unique grey hue and subtle pattern of the tantalum beautifully complement the titanium, creating a harmonious pairing without being overly matchy-matchy. Peter even pointed out how the colour and texture of the ring subtly enhance my tattoos – a thoughtful styling tip I wouldn't have considered myself!

Beyond the exquisite craftsmanship and unique metal options (they also create bespoke pieces in traditional precious metals, catering to all tastes), the service we received from Flinn and Steel was outstanding. We felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process, sharing plenty of laughs with Peter along the way. He was so engaging and passionate about Sheffield that he even made us (currently living in London) seriously consider a move back!
