From the moment we stepped in to this place we was made to feel welcome. Our 2 twin daughters came with us and they were made to feel apart of the expenses too, which made it very special. Pete, the gentleman who helped us pick these out was absolutely fantastic. Whatever that man is paid its not enough, because he's worth his weight in gold ! We was kept up to speed on what was happening throughout the making of them, and they got to us quickly. I can't express enough how happy we are with these one of a kind rings. Thank you everyone.

The online experience was informed and very easy to navigate. The delivery time was excellent, the quality of the goods is impressive and overall I was impressed with the whole experience.

Really great experience going I got their office and looking at different rings and seeing them in person. Staff were super helpful and professional and made us feel so comfortable. It was a truely great experience and will be back! Delivery was quick and we had to exchange as size was too big but that was a simple and quick process! I cannot speak more highly of Flinn and Steel. First of all, their rings are really well made, stylish and stick out from competitors (I’d spent four hours looking for a wedding ring and once I found their site I knew my search was over) and secondly, their customer service is top tier. I ordered a ring made from tantalum which included engraving inside. The engraving needed changed and when I asked about this was told that it wasn’t confirmed as being possible on this metal and advised to come back to them after further trials on working on tantalum.

Eventually the very helpful customer service advised that after several trials they could now carry out the work for me and the finished result is better than I could’ve expected!

Peter was our jewellery stylist, and the service was fantastic. The consultation was entirely centred on us as a couple—our lifestyle, personal styles, and what metals and colours would suit us both. He made it so easy to narrow down our options and find the perfect rings. We never felt rushed or pushed towards something that didn’t feel right.

There’s so much choice, and the prices are fantastic given the quality of both the rings and the service. We feel we’ve each been paired with the perfect ring, and they arrived so quickly!

We honestly couldn’t recommend Flinn & Steel enough. As two grooms, we wanted rings that truly suited us, and after months of searching, we finally found them. Huge thanks to the team for making it such a brilliant experience!

Brilliant experience trying and choosing our wedding rings with Peter. Very friendly and patient and with lots of helpful advice about which choices to make. Once we finally ordered the rings they arrived very quickly. No complaints at all here!
