I will never order flowers from this company again. I ordered 3 sets of flowers for mother's day. One for my fiancé, another for my soon to be sister-in-law, and a third for my soon to be mother-in-law. My fiancé got hers, which were different from the other 2. The other 2 I ordered the same style, but I put a individual notes on each of them. Well once i ordered them. I noticed that my card was charged 3 times, each for its individual arrangement. So the 1 I purchased for my fiancé was $10 more than the other 2. The other 2 were priced the same because the were the same type of arrangement. But the day of delivery, I only got my fiancé's and soon to be sister-in-law's delivered. The one I ordered for my soon to be mother-in-law was cancelled off of my order because they "assumed" I made a mistake by ordering 2 of the same arrangements instead of calling me. Even though they all had individual notes attached to them...needless to say I looked bad to my soon to be mother-in-law because I didn't get her anything else for mother's day and the floral company I used would not rectify their mistake and deliver the flowers because they said they were never paid. And I showed them that I was charged for all 3 arrangements. When they told me that there was nothing they could do. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge on my card for the flowers that weren't delivered, because the floral company couldn't even do that to help me out...Like is said, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

I have always had a great experience with Flora2000, but this order was disappointing. It was supposed to be delivered the Saturday before Mother’s Day. Not only did the recipient receive it 2 days later, but the flowers arrived withered and in poor condition. To make things worse, I tried emailing the company if there was any way to receive a refund and never even got a reply. This was upsetting as I have been a loyal customer for years, and to not even receive any response makes me think I should take my business elsewhere going forward.

After ordering flowers for Mother's Day from another company and seeing the ugly wilted flowers they delivered to my Mum, I was heartbroken and embarrassed. I ordered an arrangement from here to be delivered the following day and I was so happy with it. They saved Mother's Day for myself and my Mum❤

First, I did not receive an email confirmation for my order. Second, I checked the status on my order on the website account and my status said cancelled without even notifying me. And lastly, how does the customer service number not work! You guys charged my account. This is a SCAM!
