I have used Flora2000 for years to send gifts or flowers to Taiwan. The items look nice and delivery on time with caring.

I used them in the past, had a bad experience and though in 2021 , they may got better and focus on customer. Unfortunately NO. Lets summarize the facts and events so you can make a picture for yourself - prior theirs automated machine learning response will kick in bellow :
- I ordered a Birthday Flowers to be delivers on 29th of May. Well, got a confirmation e mail , paid fully and all seemed to be good. The flowers were not delivered on 29th.
- I received the delivery confirmation e mail on 30th May, that the flowers were delivered . OK , well 1 day delay so what. I called recipient, post the birthday and asked how do you like it . " What ? " was the response.
- So i found out that the flowers were NOT delivered despite the confirmed e mail. Dropped query on line on 30th immediately.
- response on 31st - " we are sorry, we are looking into this" , not ours responsibility , it is our vendor..etc etc
- on 1st June only got a response , that the earliest they can deliver the Birthday flowers from 29th is June 2nd??
- so i cancel it, felt embarrassed in front of my friend and asked for money back - 10 days need to wait and hope to get my money back
I wonder what is Flora 200 famous for? What is the company purpose? They are not reliable, not customer centric and seems like a very poor portal which is not responsible for anything .
Please try to avoid them, do not wish to anyone to go through the same experience as me.

It was a great experience, actually it was my first time to send a gift to a loved one in Italy and I thought that it is going to be a bit hard since I'm here in Philippines. Just one thing, I thought I'd be able to receive notifications thru my email. But all in all, it was smooth until when my sister received it. Hope I'd be able to send again via Flora2000.

FINNALY after all of the drama because of different time and a lil bit miss comunications my cake arrived for my bf in italy, even not at the same time but flora2000 always keep in touch with me and we tried to find the best solutions to deliver that cake.

Ordering - easy
Money deducted from bank - immediate
100% guarantee of same day delivery - encouraging... but untrue.
Confirmation of delivery - received but a lie
Flowers - not delivered
Excuses - covid (but not affecting NZ at this time, so a lie)
Refund 3 weeks after failed delivery... but no money yet.
If I hadn't checked about the flowers, 2 weeks later, they would have just kept the money for nothing.
Like a scam.
EDIT. There was no lockdown in NZ. My sister went in person to a local florist and bought flowers.

Deeply disappointing. Special occasion spoiled. Easy to order, but unreliable with no follow through. Flowers were delivered without the vase that was an additional item and paid for in full. I sent an email querying the omission and have received no response. No acknowledgment of the mistake, no apology, no effort to refund the vase or to make amends and send it anyway. Just disappointingly nothing.

I have used them before they have been great, but recently I have tried to contact them about a recent order issue and I have not received word back over two weeks now. They are very difficult to contact.

The flower received was 100% different from what I have ordered. I have emailed a feedback regarding his but no one replied to me. I won't be ordering from this company again and I will warn my friends and family as well as it is such a scam. My mother was not happy with the flowers either as the quality is subpar.

The flowers I ordered were roses arranged in a basket. They were beautiful, fresh and arranged nicely. Service and delivery were fast and courteous.
The recipient has vast experience working with flowers. However, some of the roses began to wilt and die after two days. There wasn't much that could be done to save them.
So it's a lovely arrangement but if you wish to appreciate the flowers for a longer period of time [like we usually do] purchasing long-stemmed roses and placing them in a vase may work better.
Having said that we both liked the flowers and service and I would definitely buy from this company again.
