Absolutely disgusting service rendered. Ordered a birthday gift to deliver on 22nd Dec between 10am and 11am with all the necessary information. Delivered to a wrong destination and the driver does not know the recipient's name even. It was embarrassed to ask the birthday owner whether she received this and she does not know anything about this. Once trying to contact FNP they have disconnected the line for various times and did not call back as a matter of courtesy. After several attempts they have agreed to deiver the gift again to the right person. By all means this is the worst experience i got in UAE in delivering gifts. No recommendations at all!!!!

I placed my order early, but later found out the recipient would not be available to receive the gift. I tried several times to cancel the order by sending messages and emails, but all of them were ignored.

The only response I received was a notification saying that delivery had failed. When I contacted customer service again, I was told they would not cancel or refund the order because a delivery attempt had already been made. They also claimed they had called the phone numbers on the order, which is not true — one of those numbers is mine, and I did not receive any calls.

It’s extremely frustrating that I was ignored until the point where payment could be kept. Customer service was unbelievably slow, unhelpful, and failed to resolve the issue in any way.

Before responding with a generic “please contact us” message, please note that I already attempted to do so multiple times prior to posting this review and received no meaningful help.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Same-day delivery was fantastic — ordered in the morning and arrived that afternoon. The classic rustic Christmas tabletop tree was lovely and perfect for the season.Thank you Krutika for all the help.

I ordered 32 Christmas Hampers for a significant amount of money in Dubai yesterday. I was assured that the delivery will be made today before 17:00.

Nothing was delivered, no one called, and no answer on whatsapp regarding status of our order.

I will have to file a case for scamming to Dubai police, as it is a pretty big amount of money we paid.

I originally trying to order online but then i thought ill cancel it because i got a little bit confused with the timings it says they deliver 24/7 but in the time slots no AM AND PM 😂 i did not want my order to be delivered at 2am 😂 so i cancelled it , to my surprise i got a call from FNP he is very nice and helpful he even gave me a discount so i ended up placing the order thanks Rhoby ! It was cery smooth transaction!

We had specifically paid for delivery between 11:00 PM and 12:00 midnight to ensure the surprise was maintained. However, the delivery arrived at 10:40 PM, and the delivery executive contacted the recipient as early as 8:00 PM, informing them about the present. This completely defeated the purpose of choosing a scheduled delivery slot and paying an additional charge for the service. If prior intimation to the recipient is required, it should be clearly communicated in advance otherwise, there is no justification for charging extra for a surprise delivery. We entrusted this task to your service expecting professionalism and discretion. Unfortunately, the way this was handled is unacceptable and does not meet the standards promised.

Ordered the same item twice and it got delivered in a cheap pot twice that didn’t match the pictures and description on the website. FnP doesn’t compensate or do anything about it. I had to buy a pot separately and gift the plant twice.
