I’ve used a lot of flowers and cake apps, and most of them are just average. This one is actually a good app. The ordering process is smooth, and the selection is tasteful (not cheap-looking). I ordered two cakes- one for the morning and one for a big party in the evening.
The one which I ordered for the morning was meant to arrive the night before but didn’t.
And then they failed me for the party. It has been extremely stressful.
They have stopped communicating and I am still awaiting a full refund.
Dispite using them before I will not be using them again and will not recommend as their customer service handling team is non existent.

Appalling and stressful experience and they didn't deliver the product at all yet collected full funds. I ordered from the UK a birthday cake for a friend in UAE. FNP said that their driver has delivered. They havent and they provided no evidence that they had delivered other than an email 30 minutes after the delivery slot(which incidentally would have been later than the slot they were guaranteeing).
When you reach out on customer service via WhatsApp, they respond when they want and reset after 30 minutes so you have to start all over again. Nothing resolved despite trying for days and appalling disregard of customers. Had to buy another cake instead from a restaurant.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I ordered a Christmas hamper from fnp as a gift for a Christmas party. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely frustrating and completely ruined the purpose of the order.
First, they delivered the wrong item. I reported it immediately, and since yesterday I have been calling and messaging their customer care and WhatsApp support. All I kept hearing was “we will deliver, we will deliver”, but no real action was taken.
My event started at 3 PM, and I was waiting until 7 PM, still with no correct delivery timings. Every time I called, a different representative picked up, and I had to re-explain the entire situation again and again. Calls were kept on hold for 20–27 minutes, then disconnected, forcing me to start over. They ignored my messages and never provided a solution.
Because of this, my event was ruined. I had to arrange something last-minute at extra cost and stress — extremely disappointing.
For the price we pay, you expect professionalism and at least basic customer service — but I received neither. I do not recommend ordering from fnp.com. Their delivery is unreliable, and their customer care is pathetic and unresponsive. Sadly, this was my first and definitely my last experience with them.
FAKE Promises of Delivery on the same day - they will deliver when ever they want
The company claim to be number one -- but they are no where close. they give timings they cannot live by - customer service is also terrible -- they keep giving fake promises. Calling them leads to 1 hour hold times. Regret buying from.

Christmas gift order
Christmst git order. Worst experience ever. I ordered gift for my wife today morning with their same day delivery and paid in full. I got notification at 5pm that gift is out for delivery. 9pm i call customer service about delivery and they say we are sorry we don’t know where is your delivery and we cannot connect with delivery boy. It’s 9pm Christmas Eve. Customer service we can cancel and refund in 7-10 days. So i don’t get my gift delivered on Christmas Eve. They cancel my order and they refund in 7-10 business days. What a service. Go ahead and order with this company much recommended but be aware of frustration
