We're so pleased to hear that! Our feather-filled tapered seat cushions are designed for comfort and longevity — especially where equal-sided tapers are needed for a snug, tailored fit. Thanks again for your feedback!

SUPERIOR HIGH DENSITY FIRM RG50 (WHITE)
I ordered some 25mm SUPERIOR HIGH DENSITY FIRM RG50 (WHITE) which was suggested by the website as an additional layer to go under the existing foam bed in my roof tent. Its perfect and now I can get a good night's sleep!

Thanks for the great review! We're really glad the Superior High Density Firm RG50 foam worked perfectly as an extra support layer for your pop-top roof tent mattress. A 25mm firm layer under softer foam is a clever way to upgrade your sleep setup — especially in tight camper spaces. Enjoy those restful nights under the stars!
Pet bed replacement
I ordered a piece of foam as a replacement for my pet bed since the original supply wouldn't help. Foam 4 U provided brilliant input regarding the size and what was needed. One thing that’s lacking from pet bed supplies is a cotton string cover for easy removal and replacement of the outer cover. I will definitely be using them again.

Thanks so much for the great feedback! We’re really pleased the foam cut to size for your pet bed worked out perfectly. We know how frustrating it can be when original suppliers won’t help, so we’re glad we could step in with a proper pet bed replacement solution.
The piece that made my day.😃
I wanted a piece of foam for over my folding chair in my sauna waiting area, like most sites you had all the same shapes, except you had the one shape that I wanted so I bought it and it’s perfect.
Thanks.

The delivery time was not met
The delivery time was not met. Despite phoning to check and being assured it was ready, and was awaiting dispatch in time, a further call later in the week confirmed it had not been and could not be done that day. My complaint made via the website form has never been acknowledged. Product itself is good but did need to trim slightly. If it had arrived on time and/or my complaint acknowledged I would be rating it much higher.

Bespoke cushions and covers
We had some bespoke cushions made for our sofa which turned out perfect. They took a lot of care and communicated well throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful review! We’re absolutely thrilled to hear that you’re pleased with your bespoke cushions and covers. Creating custom pieces is something we genuinely love to do, and it’s incredibly rewarding to know that the final result turned out just right for your sofa.
From the initial consultation to the final touches, we always aim to provide not just a high-quality product, but also a smooth and enjoyable experience. It means a great deal to us that you felt well cared for and that our communication made the process easy and reassuring.
Your feedback is the kind of encouragement that keeps us passionate about what we do. Knowing that our work has made a difference in your home is the best compliment we could receive. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience — and for the recommendation! We’d be absolutely delighted to work with you again in the future if there’s anything else you need.
Quality product and service, delivery a little slow
Easy to submit order and then received a call double checking I hadn’t made a mistake (it was an unusual requirement) and friendly advice on how to approach upholstering it. Only deducted one star because it took a couple of weeks to arrive. But if you’re don’t need the order super urgently, then the price, quality and service are spot on!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re really glad to hear that you found the ordering process straightforward and that our team was able to connect with you to ensure everything was just right — especially with such a unique request. Offering friendly, helpful advice is something we truly value, so it’s lovely to know that made a difference.
We completely understand your comment about the delivery time, and we really appreciate your patience. While we always aim to balance quality craftsmanship with timely delivery, bespoke work can sometimes take a little longer than standard orders. That said, we’re so pleased that you were happy with the final product and felt the quality, price, and service were all up to standard.
Thank you again for choosing us — and for taking the time to share your experience. We’d love to work with you again whenever you need something special!
