Make sure you don't make my mistake, They have Three and Fonehouse have orchestrated a disgraceful scheme whereby all contracts that include devices continue to be charged at an additional rate after the device repayment period ends, unless customers actively cancel the contract rather than allowing it to continue on a rolling monthly basis. This appears to have been premeditated, as it is included in the Terms and Conditions they rely on to refuse refunds of the money they have wrongly collected. And stop the bullshit with your silly reply with: " we are sorry, bla bla, we cannot retrieve details of your problem as my reference number / contractis in the review

Website crashed but Calum saved the day
Website crashed as my upfront payment processing resulting in the payment pending but order not going through. Very frustrating as entering your details is a lengthy process.
