Inconsistent security checks for similar orders
I recently placed an order for a kids' phone (£12) on my account and it was approved smoothly without any issues, even though I am a visa dependent. However, when my wife placed a similar order for our kids from her account (Order Number: FH02968337), additional security proofing documents were requested. She works full-time, has a proper contract, and meets all criteria, so it felt a bit unnecessary and inconsistent to drag out the verification process for such a small order. I hope Fonehouse can streamline their security process to make it more consistent for families.
