Absolutely lovely their service no hassle from them Absolutely wonderful delivery guys .Matty Kemp and his co worker were amazing today with delivering washing machine and installing it and helping me get my old one out of my property.
My mum has been a customer with them for over 20 years and have never let her down

They came once and found I had a leak. So could not deliver the appliance. I called a plumber who fixed the leak. Told Forbes this had been done and they came back within an hour and delivered and fitted the new appliance. Thank you Ricky & Adam excellent service.

Excellent experience. Toby and Ray delivered and installed my washing machine. Both very polite and helpful. Showed me how it works and went through the Forbes booklet, as I was new to using them. Not even a week from enquiring to having the product. Great service!

Genuinely helpful from Elaine in customer service to Ross & Leroy who delivered and set everything up. Arrived exactly when they said they would, removed my old equipment and set up new equipment without any fuss. Talked me through all the new equipment and took away all packaging . Great service.

I called 4pm yesterday and this morning I’ve got a new machine. Some of the best customer services in the world and highly recommend Forbes. Worth every penny. Ricky and Adam were excellent installers as well. Quick, professional and polite.

Nigel and Dylan helped me today! Fantastic service, both were friendly, quick, and efficient. I had saved a spot by sitting in a camping chair in the parking bay near my building (no seriously, and when they arrived (during the middle of the estimated window), swooped into the saved spot, checked out where my fridge was going, and then they got it in really quickly, no stuttering, no delays, just job done, signed the paperwork, gave me the explanations of things going forward and all I needed to know about the fridge.

Ricky and Adam fitted 2 new appliances and took away an old one. Both were super friendly and very punctual. I got a phone call before they were due to arrive with a time frame which was accurate. They completed the job quickly, officiantly and professionally. Always a bonus when they get along with my very nosey cat!
