I have to start by saying all was delicious. However, I have to mention one negative point - I had ordered chocolate covered biscuits. Unfortunately, they arrived melted, which significantly affected the experience. I didn’t expect this as shipping fee is 10 pounds.

Very pleased
Bought a hamper for my husband's 60th as honestly didn't know what to get that he hadn't already had. Best decision yet, he loved it and was quite overwhelmed. Delivered quickly and safely, well packaged and the contents were all A+ in quality and taste. Yes it was expensive, but it was worth it for the quality and experience and to have a bit of luxury for a special event.

Easy to use website
I love Fortnum & Mason's website it is very user friendly and easy to navigate. From first click to delivery I was kept well informed without being snowballed with excessive emails. It is very easy to spend money with Fortnum & Mason but everything is of such good quality that you don't really mind. Overall I believe Fortnum & Mason to be a very customer focused company.

Little Pricey for Everyday, But Worth It For Little Gifts.
Ordered online, website really simple and straightforward to use and an excellent selection.
My order was delivered on time (actually, a couple of days earlier than expected!), and really well packaged using all recyclable materials. The items I ordered are food gifts to family, so I can't really review at the moment. But Im certain they'll be delicious!
