Visited the store end of June…
Visited the store end of June especially to spend a birthday voucher, chose mint Neapolitans and shortbread. So disappointed with the taste of the Neapolitans, neither minty or chocolatey. Not the quality I would have expected from fortnum and Mason and for the price. Contacted customer services, who said they would pass the details on but because I didn’t have a receipt said they couldn’t help… who keeps a receipt for chocolates? if they had been delicious they would have been eaten! Won’t be buying again or gifting.

The rose prosecco tasted like flat sugar water. Very disappointing! I’ve had the prosecco before and loved it and that’s why I thought I’d buy the six bottles this year. Incredible difference in quality.
