The processing time didn’t take longer than a few days. Very easy to work with. I don’t know about customer service since I didn’t need it. Shipping was very fast but expensive.

Needed to get a big bulk of car detailing products and used Forward2Me to ship them. Of course since it's liquids I had to submit some paperwork. I was in constant contact with Aimee and she helped me very fast and I got everything hassle free. Delivered the items to the German warehouse. Will definitely use again in the future

They are an excellent company—attentive at every step of the way. Throughout the entire process, they send you regular email updates so you always know where your package is. If you are outside the USA and need to make a purchase, they are the best option; they have locations in Germany, the UK, and Japan. I recommend them 100%.

Edit, I was going to remove an additional star, as I just received an Ai slop email in response to this review, trying to but not actually addressing any points made in this review. However, for taking delivery and forwarding safely, that's worth two stars at least.
I have used them in the past once for a smaller package which was fine, however my last order with them was for two big boxes.
* Emailing them, I received less than useless AI replies
* Selected combine service, items weren't combined and was charged for two deliveries with no explanation why
* I understand they need to make money, but there is no transparency when booking delivery on how much of the fee is delivery and how much is service charge
* Initial quoted postage charges was $100, this turned into $400
* Adding multiple items using their website was not as user friendly as it could be

My package arrived in perfect condition and incredibly fast. The packaging was exceptional — extremely well protected and handled with great care. I’m very satisfied with the whole experience and I highly recommend Forward2me to anyone looking for a reliable forwarding service.

I paid $50 to get a book from the UK to the Us and then two weeks later FedEx contacts me and tells me I owe another $20 in duties and fees making my shipping costs about $70. The $50 was already insane but books are exempt from duties and fees so that just tells me that forward2me are not filling out the custom forms correctly and I will not being using them anymore

Forward2me were a great help identifying and assisting with the return and replacement of a damaged item i ordered. Joyce and Jus were very helpful throughout the entire process keeping me updated and providing photos of the item for the retailer. Would not hesitate to use again! Thank you

The Japan location has been extremely disappointing. They are slow to respond to messages and take far too long to process and ship packages. I don’t know if they only have one or two staff members, but it’s frustrating when this so-called forwarding service presents themselves as professional yet continually delays shipments.
All of the packages I sent to this location were delayed. My most recent package shows it arrived on March 30th at 12:58, and it’s been almost 48 hours with no confirmation that it has been checked in. I’ve reached out multiple times and received no response.
I usually use Blackship because they are fast and ship within 24 hours. This experience has convinced me I will no longer use forwsrd2me. I take responsibility for choosing them this time, but the delays and lack of communication make it impossible to continue using their services. Unfortunately, you’ve lost me as a customer.

I need to file a missing parcel request as you guys are responsible for my missing package. I see you guys will answer to reviews but not messages. I’m missing a Gucci Wallet that I won in a Japan Auction for my daughter’s birthday for 114.00USD. Im holding this company responsible to reimburse me for the missing item or find it immediately. This is ridiculous !!!
