“Cabins of the Smoky Mountains” in Gatlinburg, TN, is the WORSE cabin rental company!!!!!
When we arrived at our cabin on Dec. 26, 2023, "Time Well Spent", we found trash throughout the cabin (chips, garbage on top of refrigerator and on the floors), all around the cabin (including underwear and a towel hanging from trees). No light over the oven which was sooo important because the lighting in the kitchen was sooooo dim, ice maker did not work, the outside grill was broken, one of the four king beds was broken, MULTIPLE light bulbs were out, outside flood light DID NOT WORK which made it pitch dark going up and down the stairs at night, not enough towels/hand towels or wash clothes in each of the five bathrooms, NO extra bed linens, one hand towel in the kitchen, couches had several holes cut into them, floor tiles broken and MAJOR gashes in floor, NO paper towels or garbage bags, plates in the cabinet were filthy, only 3 forks for 11 people and four drinking glasses.
The floors were so sticky and nasty, I was not about to go barefoot in the cabin. We called the office SO MANY TIMES only to receive a response of "I'm Sorry" and we'll get someone there. Courtney, one of the customer service people....was the WORSE!! Talked with her 3 separate times and the 3rd time on 12/28, she put me on a long hold and came back and said "she said someone will be there between 5/5:30'. I asked who "she" was and she said she was the person that scheduled the cleaning crews. We hurried back so we could be there and once again a "NO SHOW." That went on for 3 nights and 4 days of our 6 night stay before FINALLY a cleaning crew and maintenance crew came on 12/29. Unfortunately...that was ONLY after my son and I drove the 45 minute trip to their office 12/29 and refused to leave until we talked with a manager. Managers are not bothered to be in the office....only the low level employees that have NO AUTHORITY!
Louis (ext: 213), supposedly a manager, finally called me after being there for an hour. Amanda, the lady at the front desk, told me she couldn't do anything for us except give us more linen if we needed it. She said they would not consider giving any of my $5,731.08 I paid until the day we checked out and it may be the cleaning fees and maybe a little more. She told us they would just say "you stayed there anyway." There was NO availability with them or anywhere else so yes, we stayed. Amanda also told me they would just figure there were 300 million other people that would stay if we didn't use them again. She said they don't do cleaning contracts but hourly people to clean and that's probably why our cabin was soooo nasty.
Louis is the worse manager I've EVER talked with. He was rude, hateful and talked down to me. He explained how each property is individually owned and the owners know the shape of their cabin and when owners do not respond to complaints, that's how much they care. He explained Cabins of the Smoky Mountains are ONLY Jr Partners and he knows which cabins to have his family stay in and which ones not to use. Cabins are put in their system and out of their system every year. He was soooo un-sympathetic or empathetic. He swore he'd call me back even if he had to after he got off work. AGAIN....another broken promise.
What kind of business model does a company have when they don't care about their guests or their guests experiences and rely on the premise that there's 300 million other visitors that will stay in their cabins no matter how they are treated.

One Stop Trailer Shop - Barrington, NH
People I want you to know we(my wife and I) drove 150 miles to look and buy a cargo trailer. The first trip we found what I thought was a smart buy but the wife didn't agree. I don't buy without checking the company reviews, warranty etc. That's how I am with every purchase. The second trip the wife agreed to the trailer I wanted but wasn't happy. We purchased it. That night it rained heavily all night. The next day we checked the trailer and found water had leaked in through the roof. Needless to say we were not happy campers. Called the dealer and they said they would repair it but I wanted a refund. Todd the salesman said no refund. They would fix it. I said no. They said they would refund the difference if we buy another trailer for less or we could buy up and pay the difference. They showed me another trailer but it was too big, wrong style. Todd went out of his way to help us but my pig headedness wouldn't let me see that. I was fighting with myself. This happens when you're 70 years old. We drove 150 miles back home. The next day I spoke with the owner Zach and told him the one my wife wanted wasn't ready for what we needed but more money and bigger. Turns out my wife was right. That one would work. Zach did a full refund towards it(the one the wife wanted). Should have listened to her in the first place. Three people trying to help me. I apologize to my wife, Todd & Zach. Three round trips, 3 1/2 tanks of fuel. I give One Stop Trailer, owner Zach and salesman Todd a 5 star rating. I also give my wife a 5 star rating.

Yesterday I called to complain that the office of Life Storage on Laurens Rd. in Greenville, SC, is never open and that I feel vulnerable going into a huge, empty facility with no control over who may come in after me. I was told by the person I called that "we can run our business any way we want" (that's a quote). The office hours are permanently visible on the door (weekdays from 9:30-6:00). She said that there's another paper "on the door" (it actually was on the window beside the door and had a lot of other writing on it) that said they would only be open from 9:30-12:30 this week. She added that it would be that way next week also and why should someone just sit there when nothing's happening. I have paid a ton of money to this place and there is zero concern about my safety complaint--a view that's shared by others I've talked to. Of course, once your things are there, they know you're trapped and there's no need to live up to their part of the bargain. If I could give less than a one star, I would.

I hired a guy by the name of Isaiah Howell to do some HVAC wk for me. He said he does tht on the side. He also has a company called GreatGutters LLC. So he chgd me 450 dols to put some tape on 9 vents in my house to make them airtight as I'm having a serious dust issue. The tape came off within a day. It didn't help the dust issue. Needless to say. I contacted him and told him tht it needed redone. He said he would come back and fix it. I had asked for a refund but he ignored tht and said he would fix it. So we had an appt a wk later on a Sat bet 1 and 4. At 4 he still never showed up. No msg. No call. I msg him. Asked are u still coming. He said oh sry im helping someone move. I said well wen can u come? He never would reply. I tried calling. He wouldn't answer. So it was after 7 pm. I got on the GreatGutters website and left a 1 star review. Then he responds. Said ill fix it asap. Tomorrow? Then he says I see u left a review. I said im not happy. So the appt im sure will not be kept. I've not heard from him since. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. If you look at his reviews on the GreatGutter website, he's got some not so gd ones on there. So in my opinion he's a scammer. He's just out to get watever he can out of you and he's so unreliable and once he gets your money if something needs corrected u can forget it bc he's not going to take care of it. Terrible customer service. Takes advantage of senior citizens. He knew I was desperate for getting this dust issue fixed and he just took advantage of me. Truly sad that there's ppl like this. I made a biggest mistake to hire Auto Haulers Canada.
I booked my new car for a delivery from Saskatoon to Halifax, at first they gave me a quote of 2200$ and delivery time of 2 weeks. I leave my new cars to this fraud company on 21st of November 2022 and still after 2 months, I don’t know where my car is. Every time I call them, Sales Person Kathy, he always gave me next date. If you call on Monday, they will tell vehicle would be there on this week, when you call on on Friday, he said vehicle would be there on weekend or Monday. He send me invoice of 3800$, against the quote of 2200$ when I ask him, he told that your vehicle is here for delivery, if you won’t make payment, you would be charge 50$ as parking fee per day, I was forced to pay that amount as I want my car, but after making false payments even in advance I am still waiting for any response.
They are so rude while answering and shows such unprofessional behaviour.
You are the only one who is calling them every day to check the status, most of the time they will not call you back, when they will call, Kathy the sales person shows such a attitude and every time he just have Same statement, I don’t know anything.

I would give ZERO stars if I could! Our store experience today at Best Buy in Holland, OH was absolutely unacceptable. We went to the store to get a new screen protector for our son's phone that we had purchased there about a year and a half ago. We purchased the lifetime replacement. We were told that the screen protector that we needed is no longer available and there was nothing they can do to help. They did not offer to help us in any way. Instead the "manager" that came out at the Geek Squad counter (Tyler) was extremely rude and belligerent. Even other customers waiting in line said they felt sorry for us for the treatment we recieved. So Best Buy blatantly told us that they would NOT help us in honoring the lifetime screen protector. We have spent a great deal of money there over the years, but will not make the mistake of ever buying from Best Buy again. Buyer beware!

Blue Bottle Coffee is consistently pretty good. I arrived at their Rockefeller Center store at 6:57 pm on Friday 6/3/2022, three minutes before closing. I was condescendingly reproved by a barista employee, who told me that she knows I work at Rockefeller Center and that I should have arrived earlier because the store closes at 7:00 pm. I was quite shocked at the disrespectful customer treatment by this Blue Bottle Coffee employee, who is presumably a supervisor. I am forced to ask myself if this was indeed a KARENICITY moment since she is white and I am black!

The training was good, management informed me several times I was doing a good job, only to be lied to in front of my face and then fired after three weeks of working long hours, little sleep and always showed up to do my job. Perfect Choice Construction llc., owner Marcellus Thomas did a horrible job on a security door installation for a apartment building, that was done so bad that the tenant stoped paying rent for 4 months because he did not complete the job and cap the old chipping wood that he should have replaced in the first place. in all, four months of lost rent, paying him $800.00 and a second contractor $300 to redo the job was a great loss to me; $4500.00. Pleasant decor, lovely warming fire and good coffee. All spoiled terribly, as owner subjected me to a rant about something that is none of her business. Other patrons and my companions and I were deeply shocked. Others were supportive of me, encouraged me to ignore the abuse and informed me this was not an isolated incident. Needless to say, should not like a repeat.
