Fourthwall is everything they promised…
Fourthwall is everything they promised to be and more. I was told that it would be fairly painless to link my Fourthwall Shop to my website. This is my first website and had I already purchased the domain name.
With one click, Fourthwall migrated my store to the domain. It all happened, with no other input, in about 20 minutes!
New items and changes appear instantly! I thought getting my own site going was going to be difficult. I was considering Fourthwall as a stepping stone to my own site. Instead, I got full site integration and development.
I would highly recommend the pro upgrade. It's the best $19 per month I've ever spent.
2 weeks ago I had a bunch of artwork and a dream. Now I have a website ready to take orders 24/7.
Dog Rescue
We created our account for our rescue org to have merch we don't have to "keep in stock" (it's hard to have overhead and such when you don't have a physical location). So far, things have been great - the customer service is quick, friendly, and helpful; the products are of a great quality. I think my only complaint is when we were still "shopping around" I asked about getting more dog-related items in the catalog and they sounded onboard, but when I sent a list of the types of items we'd like to see, I was told no. Oh well - can't win them all!

Had an issue with my payout (which was a mistake completely on my part as I neglected to update my card information) and sent them an email to request another attempt.
I was replied to by the customer service and financial support members (Maria and Regina were so sweet!) in 24 hours, along with my payout!
I love working with FW and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future 💙

Eli, the built in-door AI assistant is a great asset with Fourthwall, it would have been difficult to Launch my store without 'her' assistance. I launched with 43 products with just 5 designs and created 5 social media business accounts. You have to do you're own marketing, I highly recommend Blotato + Claude Co-work for your marketing team, but you have a solid infrastructure at Fourthwall and supporting community ready to help you every step of the way, you only have to ask Eli or head over to discord when you're ready. I'm now at a point where I've laid the foundations of a business to build on what I've built in just two months from nothing. You have to do the work, but if you want to success, you absolutely can! I'm looking forward to growing with Fourthwall over the next year.

Didn’t know there was even a problem. They contacted me about an issue with my domain’s server info being misconfigured on the support email side of things. This was causing them a problem with communicating with my viewer/customer concerning a delivery problem. They were able to instruct me, very patiently, on how to fix the issue with minimal hassle on my end. It’s one of those things you never think about… behind the scenes service that doesn’t get the credit they deserve… especially dealing with difficult divas such as myself.

I've had nothing but great times with fourthwall so far! I even had a issue with a payout and they fixed it so fast to make sure I was handled! I hope to do business with them for awhile longer! I wish manual shipping was a bit easier, but that's a small thing compared to all they do.

As a creator, Fourthwall has been a great partner for merch. They've been accomodating and helpful every step of the way.
As for customer service to buyers, I'm impressed by their commitment to ensure products are of expected quality and their ability to rectify issues with orders.

The concept is incredible and it's very well done. But I don't like it there are too many fees and the sellers don't earn anything to give you an example I sold for $700 I had $100 commission the fees are too high I'm looking for another solution to leave

awful company
they did not make it clear they did not alow virtual sales even though their now what I know awful ai said it was okay. they shut down my page refused to give me any iinfo on refunds they gave out (i knew how much it was luckily my customers are honest but it was only after that when I saw their tax rates and cut they were taking is a huge part of my money I ended up 15% richer with the customers who paid back what they refunded. stay away from this company, awful support and awful people all together
They claim I am not the owner of Streambuzz.TV but I am, please anyone who wishes to validate this please do check us out streambuzz TV becasue they sure did not even try to email me at the registered email account and I am the only person who has access to the codes needed to subscribe. Proving they are liars and remove people at their own pleasure.
