Astonishing customer service. My 19 year old sink developed a leak and it was replaced immediately under the 25 year warranty. We would highly recommend this company for their prompt response and friendly exceptional service. Many thanks to all involved.

We had a problem with our Franke Minerva not heating up and after we contacted Franke someone called back and spoke to my husband and went through some checking procedures the problem was identified. A new tank and filter was placed on order and will be despatched to us. Hopefully we will receive this, at the latest ,we’ve been assured within 3 days. I can’t imagine we will be let down they have been so efficient so far.

After 9 years of reliable performance my Franke food disposal unit stopped working so I was amazed that the 10 year warranty was honoured with a new unit being provided by the excellent customer service team once I'd provided the purchase receipts.

Today I rang Central Services and spoke to Natalie and Tilly. Both provided excellent customer service. They were very friendly, professional and listened very carefully to my questions. They were very knowledgeable and gave me clear answers, including sending me a very helpful link with details of parts and how to order them. As a result, the process of ordering was very easy. Had a Franke Olympus kitchen mixer tap installed along with new kitchen.
After couple of years only, the taps started dripping. Put up with it for a while, then tried to replace the valves. But, the handle is seized and no amount of hot/cold water can budge it to do the repair! I then noticed the chrome was bubbling on the swan neck etc! This shows poor quality chrome plating and preparation. So I imagine the base metal is cheap rubbish and that's why the spline for the handle is seized - poor metals/materials!
I'm now having to swap the whole thing and chuck into landfill. Very poor! Am avoiding Franke with this new purchase!

Bought 2 Olympus mixer taps and within a few months one of the levers developed a bad squeak. Franke happy to send new valves but want nothing to do with paying a plumber to replace them. Awful customer service with expensive taps failing within a few months.

I have a Franke Double Drainer Sink UKX612 which is still going strong after 40+ years :)
Sadley the sink plug has not, all my local plumbers mechants are slowly closing down & do not stock 2 inch black plugs.
So I emailed Franke UK with a photo of my sink and got a reply from a very helpful Tilly Trow who gave me the model number of my sink & the part number for the plug, at the same time Franke do their own tap & sink cleaning kit.
I ordered online and received several emails comfirming my order, through the different despatch processess. The parts came by Royal Mail two days later.
The sink cleaner works a treat, brought the sine back and the plug and chain fitted perfectly.

I had a slow leak from a new-ish Franke mixer tap.
First, the website was very helpful in showing how to replace the washers.
When that didn't work, they quickly sent me a new spout.

I emailed them at 13.10 and received a reply and fix at 14.03 and the problem was solved by 14.30 - all on the same day! I cannot think of another company offering this level of service and expertise - and so quickly. Many thanks to Ben Schofield who explained the fix very clearly and explained why the fault had occured. Quite brilliant service. Thank you

I contacted Franke because the boiler tap function of our system was not working. I received a very helpful e mail. After I actioned the steps suggested all was working again, without the need to call out an engineer. I was very pleased with the service provided.

Since installing our Franke Minerva we have had three replacement tanks and varying problems. It has now come to light that being in a hard water area this has not helped. We have frequently spoken to your representative Colin who has always been more than helpful in trying to resolve the problems. However, we subsequently have since replaced the complete system with an updated version Maris 3 in 1 which has resolved all the problems. Mike your engineer who attended was extremely knowledgeable,efficient and a very clean and tidy worker, a credit to Franke.
