The wallet split... Terrible company

I bought a slim card wallet and 11 months later it started to split. Tried to contact Frank Lorde and my emails bounce back. Which is similar to other reviews, it's a shame as the wallet was just what I wanted. This company is a crap!

Good for a while, then split.

I purchased one of the small card wallets. It came in a sensible time and I was really happy with it, albeit the innards were a little flimsy. I've used it for 11 months and now the sides have split. Tried to contact Frank Lorde and the website is offline and I emailed the address from my invoice and got a response saying it no longer exists. Doesn't look like I'll be getting any customer service.

Awful company/ product
Awful company. Ordered a wallet, realised after reading online reviews it was a mistake so emailed 5m later to ask them to cancel my order without dispatching. Days later they replied to say they'd look into it then days after that, it'd been dispatched. It's impossible to get a response from their '24/7' customer service. Cards don't fit in the wallet, it's useless, don't order from them.

DO NOT purchase from this site

Had similar experience to other reviewers on here. Wallet fell apart and I was offered a replacement which never came. Definitely not worth the money. Since then, I have not been able to contact the retailer as they have ignored all emails and messages both through their website and through social media.

Replacement never received

I received a wallet which I was very pleased with but the stitching came apart after 2 months so I emailed them and they offered me a replacement which was great. However that was a month ago and they have not replied to any emails since then.

$40 and 3 months later...still no wallet

Wallet never came. Support was unhelpful, “we’ll look into it and get back to you etc” weeks later and I’m still in the dark. Order was placed on Dec 26th, 20, tracking was last updated January 7th, 21 and it is now March 11, 21. USPS case was fruitless. Do not waste your money, you will have nothing to show for it.

Edit: I gave Frank & Lorde all of the info they asked for and still have not heard back after more than 2 weeks. Pretty sure the replies are just to save face. Emails have gone unanswered as well. Going to initiate a chargeback with my bank since requests for a refund have gone ignored.

Very bad communication/scam company - stay away!

Ordered a wallet in Jan for my brothers birthday, and have had 0 info since, one extremely unhelpful email promising an update and nothing else.

My request for a refund has also been ignored.

Based on other reviews I'm having to accept I've been scammed and try to stop others falling into the same trap.

I've also just tried their 'we respond immediately' chat service - no response. This company are a joke

Update: They've finally answered and apparently have issued my refund (no money in my account yet) citing that they hadn't heard back from their warehouse? After a week?!
Oh they also asked me to consider changing my negative review, which I suspect is what's happened with any positive reviews you see here.

Convenient and lightweight

took some time for the wallet to arrive. Almost lost hope but the team was kind enough to keep me informed about the process. The wallet finally came and everything I read and saw about the product was 100% true. Compared to my other wallets, this wallet is more lightweight, convenient and easy to fit inside pockets and bags without taking up much space which is all I wanted from a wallet. Would definitely recommend this product.

Extremely disappointing product

I ordered a slim wallet which took MONTHS to arrive. Customer service were slow to reply, didn't provide useful updates and were overall not very helpful.

When the wallet finally did arrive, it was the wrong color and extremely low quality. It's flimsy and cheaply made and looks nothing like the slick-looking products they show on their website.

I wholeheartedly agree with the rest of the negative reviews on here - don't buy as you'll be thoroughly disappointed.

Great wallet, would buy again for a different color

I like the wallet. It took a while to come but it's not a big deal really. Didn't have any issues and it's exactly as described. Know it's not cheap looking. The felt looks almost like a suede leather. I'm happy with the purchase but to each their own?

Customer service is good but products I'm unsure about.

Bought a wallet nearly two months ago and it's been ok. There has been some burst seams but I fixed them.

It receives two stars because I don't know if they're being honest about their products.

I literally just found my exact wallet, down to the little thunderbolt, on AliExpress for just over ¼ of what I paid Frank Lorde for it. Not just one seller but several.

Do yourself a favour and research anything you buy that seems too good to be true.

Edit- emailed them as a rep suggested and over a week later there is no response.

Edit: 16/12/20: contacted by a rep but no further communication. I'd still suggest you avoid.

Edit: 30/12/20: rep contacted me and my issues were discussed. I'm increasing my rating of them because they did everything possible to rectify this.

Terrible Customer Service and Received Wrong Color

I am sad to say the wallet I received was the wrong color and really cheap quality. I wanted to return it and asked customer service to help me with this issue. Maybe to even receive the right color but I have never received a reply and it’s been two months. I tried to reach out on their Instagram and even left comments asking for someone to contact me but they just delete my comments.

The staff is very helpful to ensure that I received my order

I had placed the order for the ultraslim wallet, and the delivery is quite complicated on my end since I had it shipped to my friend's place. I contacted the company and talked to Geraldine who has been very helpful providing information to ensure that I had received my order. When I informed that I didn't receive my order, the company immediately issued me a full refund. However, despite the complication, I finally received my order and I like the wallet.

This is a scam.

I ordered one of their wallets. The material they are made is like material for kids to play with DIY, it is extremely garbage. Although I only received it today, they wont accept returns because the item must be unopened. It also took +30 days to receive the item. This is a scam.

To be honest the rating could of been a…

To be honest the rating could of been a lot lower than what it is. The v1 wallet originally purchased did not hold up well after 1 months time. but I must say the customer service provided is/was top tier. Geraldine absolutely went above and beyond in trying to make things right including: providing a replacement wallet, constantly checking in on status, tracking shipment every step of the way, and ensuring product was delivered. The v2 wallet is incredibly better than the first. the company really took their time to ensure all previous issues were corrected and upgraded to provide a much more secure and quality made product. thank you for such great customer service!
