Slow service but happy in the end
My Premium UltraSlim wallet was fine for 6 month and then started to fall apart. I guess the two sides of the wallet should be sewed instead of just glued to make it last longer.
The support answered first very fast and asked for pictures. When I sent them the photos it took some days till they replied. They gave me a 70% discount to buy a new wallet but why would I spend even more money now in a product that won't last more than half a year!?
Update 10.08.2020:
Frank Lorde contacted me and offered a refund if I send the broken wallet back to Australia (from Germany). I wouldn't consider that because of high shipping costs and none-existing sense to ship a broken wallet around the world.
They then offered me to upgrade my discount from 70% to 100% which meant a full replacement. I was happy with that solution and I could even order the New Premium Wallet which looks more robust.
I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars, the fifth star is missing because the solution came after weeks and only after I gave a bad review about my experience.

Approach with Caution
Please avoid this company. You may get lucky buying from Frank Lorde but it is a huge gamble especially if you need any after sales support. I needed to return my order (#17124) for refund. After exchanging emails with Rochelle (via their Info email address) I posted it back on 30 March 2020. Allowing time for postage delays I have not received the refund promised and my emails are not being answered. I have lost the value of the order and my international postage costs to return it.
UPDATE 15 May 2020: Following the posting of my review above, Frank Lorde responded to my email and have refunded the item. I have now increased the rating to 2 stars but the fact remains, it could have been handled better.

Fast and friendly customer service
I was waiting a few weeks for the slim wallet to arrive since they emailed me saying shipping label has been created and package was in transit. Emailed customer service and Joanna responded very fast and was helpful locating my package. There was a delay due to COVID19, but the package arrived in time before I change addresses. I've been using the wallet for a week, love the minimalist design and quality of the wallet!

Great service
I have ordered a wallet from them, after waiting some time, and it hadn't arrived, I sent an email asking the where abouts of it.
The customer service was very nice in letting me know that the warehouse had been informed, and I was given a 100% discount code and was asked to purchase the wallet again.
As I still do not have a product I cannot properly review that, but the customer service is brilliant.

Bought the DuffleX travel bag as a gift…
Bought the DuffleX travel bag as a gift for my husband who travels with work. Initial delays in shipping because of Covid 19 but we were kept informed. Bag arrived and we were very impressed with the design. On first use one of the zips on an end compartment broke. Contacted FL - Joanna in customer services - sent her a photo of the broken zip and she issued a code for a completely new bag free of charge. You can't always help things going wrong - it's the way the issue is dealt with that's important. Well done Joanna, thank you.

Love new wallet design
I had the same initial poor experience with my first order - long wait, then wallet failed. However, they have since improved the design; stitching, not glue and customer service was excellent when I pointed out the flaw in the first design. I love the updated version.

Disappointing quality product & poor customer service
I purchased a wallet last August and all was ok until it starting coming unglued around the corner after 4 months of using it. I contacted via email and received a prompt reply asking for a photo which I sent. After not hearing anything back I sent another email and had a reply asking what the issue was (having already explained the situation and sent a photo). This was the last communication I had and I'm still waiting for a response to my emails. Hopefully this review will prompt them to resolve this issue.

UPDATE: due to this review FL contacted me 2 months ago asking for some details concerning my order. I have provided everything they asked for (despite the fact that they already have all my order details).
2 months have passed and they still refuse to refund.
So I paid for the bag last Dec19, it was not delivered and now Oct20 still nothing.
They are wasting my time and patience with useless emails that lead me nowhere.
I stand with my original review. AVOID FRANK LORDE. READ THE REST OF THE COMMENTS!!!!

Item delayed (but well received)
Item delayed - on enquiry, was told it was held at customs. After another wait, asked again, was told they would check the consignment. Item arrived fine 4 days later. Tracking says the item was held in transit in Guangzhou for 27 days, so not Frank Lorde's fault - they checked twice and answered me quickly both times and the item is as ordered and much appreciated. Happy to order from them again.

Find the products they sell elsewhere; the service and delivery are slow
Ordered an item a month ahead of Christmas to be able to give as a gift; the wrong item arrived 2 weeks later by which point there was not time to return the item (to Australia) and receive a new one. I also found on arrival the quality of the item was not what I expected, and on searching reviews found many independent ones verifying this. The customer service email took some time to reply, and first tried to get me to purchase another item "at a 100% discount" - but I didn't want one, let alone 2 of the things! I have given up and sold the item on eBay. The moral is, I suppose, do your research before buying from websites advertising very limited products with good 'discounts' through too-slick-looking Instagram ads.
Awful experience left me out of pocket
I had a very poor experience with this company. I placed an order on 30 November, expecting to give the item as a birthday gift on 17 December.
When the item hadn't been despatched by 9 December, I emailed for an update but only received a holding email in response. On 11 December, I requested cancellation, as the item still hadn't been despatched and seemed unlikely to arrive in time. Frustratingly, the response on 13 December totally ignored my request and gave me 20% off.
I immediately made it clear that I didn't want a discount, I wanted cancellation and a full refund, but this email was ignored.
On 20 December, I received notification that the order had been despatched - 20 days after ordering and 9 after trying to cancel. It finally arrived on 30 December. I'm now stuck with a bag which will cost £19 to return to Australia, almost half the cost of the item (despite the return label on the package saying it had been despatched within the UK - what's that all about?).
Beware shopping with a company whose customer services representatives wilfully ignore customer requests. This company clearly concentrates a great deal more on Instagram than it does on effective systems.
I also note that Frank Lorde are disputing the many one-star reviews left on this site rather than concentrating on improving customers' experiences. I wonder if they will find something to dispute about the entirely factual, evidence-based account laid out above?
On a separate note, I later found that the item in question, a travel bag, is available cheaper elsewhere (Amazon).

They claim I’ve received item, but actually it was never not delivered. Customer service is beyond bad. I had to contact my credit card processor to get refund issued as parcel never arrived and there was limited / no response from suppler!
