Lovely cruise and excellent staff which were very friendly polite and fantastic in all ways. The choice of food was first class from the Buffet right through to the specialist restaurants

Great service throughout the ship. Food and food choices amazing.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurant was very good and the service was very good the water in the swimming pools was heated . The days at sea had plenty of activities to keep you happy. When we booked it was so easy and embarkation process seemed well organised also leaving the ship at the end of the cruise was handled well. I thought that it was good value for the money and will probably hoping to book another cruise next year.

A relaxed atmosphere,single travellers
looked after. Clean cabins,lovely staff.
Plenty of choice for activities.
Need to have more cabins with showers only. The shower heads are clumsy and heavy need to be lighter .

Great service , buffet really good , not a “bun fight “. every mealtime. Could be a bit more choice at mealtimes in restaurant . Lovely atmosphere through out the ship . Will be returning .

Your Staff the service the food and the great entertainment

Lovely cruise and staff all friendly especially in dining room. So hard working. Especially Brendon. Booked Bolette next year to Amsterdam

Everything from Checking in to the cleanliness of the ship and our cabin were excellent.
The staff throughout the ship were pleasant and could not do enough for us .
We were 40 years married whilst on the ship so we were treated to flowers,champagne,and photo frame in the cabin with a free photo of our choice to go in it all complementary which was amazing.
On our anniversary day the staff came to our table and sang and presented us with a cake certainly a most memorable day thanks to all the staff and Fred Olsen.
We had our meals in the main restaurant in which the food was excellent and varied and came to the table piping hot .
The buffet was excellent as well and you were shown to a table with everything on it so all you had to go to the buffet and were served your meal from the chef to bring back to your table.
Everything else you helped yourself .
The cleanliness of Bollete was excellent even asking you to open the toilet door with a tissue .
The entertainment and activities on the ship were varied and very good.
Thanks to everyone involved in making our anniversary cruise very special.
We have booked another cruise for next year

Enjoyable cruise with good food, service and comfortable cabin.

Cruising on the Bolette was exceptional. The cabin was spotless and the staff were very polite.
The variety of food throughout the day was outstanding and the front of house staff were excellent.
Throughout the day and evening Bolette provided activities that enhanced the cruising experience for all the guests; we absolutely loved it.

As always a Fred Olsen cruise is most enjoyable. However, it appears that The Morning Light lounge has become a game playing area. This is a thoroughfare between the restaurant and the theatre so the games became over long and chaotic with people passing through.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Couldn’t fault it.
All the staff were so friendly and welcoming at all times.
The service was always top class. The booking process was very easy.

the cruise was fantastic .it was my first time and i dont know why I have not done it sooner staff absilutly great polite very help full,nothing was to much troble, food excellent 4star +. could have hd a few more nights with music in the ocean bar ,but other wise entertainmaent great shows majic . only thing that bugged me was the quee at liverpool when i got there at my corrwct time every one was there and i cannot stand for long bad knees,so sat it out for an hour . and on the morning of the last day the clanging of the luggage trolleys down on A deck its like they where playing skittles with the cages got no sleep at all that night , other wise fabulus waiting for knee replacement then i will be with you again .i cannot wait to get away

Very professional process getting on the ship and very quickly achieved.
Service was good and your staff are excellent.
Exursions quite expensive - not impressed if you cancel an excursion 3 days before your due to go - or infact if you cancel excursions at anytime they charge you 10 percent - they state due to organisational costs but never been charged this on anyother cruise ship when you cancel in plenty of time. Exursions need to be made - so that they are better value for money.
Fred Olsen trying hard to encourage Solo travellers on and have changed the entertainment to be more modern which is great… Unfortunately one of the acts in particular a solo male did not have the experience to read his audience on the ship and left some of older customers miffed, whereas the guitar player was aware of music to play to keep his audience engaged. Shows on ship were good & singers & dancers put on great show for Fred Olsen story, showing strong vocals & great harmonies, repeated again on later musical shows. The Aerial girl was great and added good touch to the shows.
Entertainment on ship was good - indoor curling, dance lessons good… It’s pity they don’t have a large screeen outside for watching movies.
l found it frustrating that l could not look at the excursion on my TV, but had to wait till excursion desk opened - when then half the ship was often waiting. Everying was on the TV but the excursion. I had a problem with my air conditioning and it was fixed very quickly.

We very much enjoyed our cruise! Staff is very attentive! Our dinner wait staff were fantastic! The only suggestion would be to let guests know they will be charged for lunch once they board and before setting sail on the first day. That was never communicated.
