This was our third cruise with Fred Olsen and it’s a company that we will return to ,hopefully ,many more times.
The care and dedication that goes into making your trip wonderful is plain to see.
The whole team on board are united ,friendly and totally committed to giving you the best holiday ever.
The food and service is amazing and everyone you come into contact with are respectful,cheerful and polite.
We thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment on board,the theatre team were the best we’d seen.
Giving the crew an evening to showcase there talents away from their day jobs showed pride and commitment of their staff,well done Fred.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and can’t wait for the next one.

It was our first cruise with Fred.Olsen and we were very impressed with the crew, the food, the ship and our cabin.... especially all the storage space. The beds were very comfortable too!

The cabins are spotless. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the service excellent. The food is delicious and plentiful and the portions are a perfect size...not ridiculously over large. The best thing from our point of view is that there is a very large area with comfy chairs and NO music where you can sit and read, chat , play cards or do a jigsaw in peace,very restful.We have found this lacking on other lines.

Cappuccinos and espressos should be free and widely available. Put a charge on the basic fee so WiFi is included. Conditioner in the shower should be included. Magnifying makeup mirror in bathroom would be a good addition. More lectures about destinations.Cooking classes that actually teach something - a 15 minute general talk is not sufficient. THe ship itself was lovely and the food good quality even though, like most cruise ships, you seem averse to spices, onions and garlic. The overall taste experience was nice but bland.

It is evident that the company looks after the staff

Everything ran smoothly and the service was excellent, in the restaurants and for the cabin. The food was delicious, always prompt and served with a smile.

Just arrived back from the summertime Norwegian Fjords(Bolette). We had an amazing time.
The boarding and disembarkation was faultless. All the staff at the port and on board were amazing.
The staff on board were amazing throughout the voyage. They all deserve a pay rise.
Although the dining options were good there needs to be more variety. I was disappointed with food in the main dining . The food was luke warm on each occasion I ate in the main dining.
I was very impressed with the accommodation and the entertainment aboard Bolette. I already booked my next voyage

The whole cruise was excellent with good service, helpful staff in every department. Meals were excellent with ample choice. A most enjoyable experience.

Arriving at the Port for embarkation luggage was taken from us at our taxi and delivered to our cabin.
We particularly appreciated having a table found for us in the buffet dining area.
All crew were very polite and professional.
We will definitely return to Fred Olsen again and will recommend to friends.

A lovely, well balanced cruise with some interesting excursions. Staff go out of their way to make you feel at home, always very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. As a solo traveller mealtimes can be difficult but staff are on hand to guide you to a shared table if that's your preference. I love Fred. because of their small ships. I would recommend Fred. Olsen for all the above reasons.

This was our first cruise and we really enjoyed it. Food was good, and the boat was just the right size (not too many people)

The crew made our experience incredible. They were so caring and looked after us really well. The sailing journey was smooth especially the navigation of the Fjords. We had an amazing time onboard the beautiful Balmoral Cruise Ship. A big thank you to everyone!!
