Very useful event with lots of useful, practical tips for small businesses. Great venue too.

Complete waste of money. Twice in my 10 year subscription I have called the Legal Team for advice and they cannot advise me in relation to my business. There are never any Networking Events in my area, the insurance is higher than other providers.

I had to close my business through no fault of my own and whilst dealing with the closure and all that entails, my annual membership went out and I missed it for 11 whole days over their 'cancellation period'. I cannot even get a pro rata refund for this waste of money and time.

I have recently joined the FSB and I have been so impressed with the amount of support on offer. Vaseem was a great help in explaining to me the different support available to businesses by the FSB and the ways in which it can help my business.

Furthermore I am looking forward to attending some of the networking events that they are hosting

I recently joined FSB. A few days later, I received a welcoming phone call and the opportunity to book a further call with one of their advisors to learn more about the benefits FSB offers its members. After an hour working through the different areas of the website, I was surprised at the extent of resources available. Definately worth an hour of my time...thank you Morgan!

I had a question I needed answered with regards to a legal matter. Very shortly after ringing the FSB I got a return phone call from a young man called Francis. He was amazing. He explained everything so well, took his time with me and was such a gentleman. He also sent me a link with regards to the matter we were talking about so I could get even more help. I would be a member of the FSB for this service alone! Gloria

As a small business, I have seen the amount of information and help available through the FSB.

I have just recently attended a bootcamp where I was able to listen to some excellent speakers, talk to exhibitors and meet other business owners.

It was a great day.

We had a stand at the FSB Business Bootcamp and it was a great way for us to connect with our target market and showcase what Grow London Local does and how we can support small and micro businesses and the self-employed!

Attending the FSB Business Bootcamp at TBXH @ Sunley House was an invigorating experience! The stylishly designed space provided the perfect backdrop for a day dedicated to empowering small business owners.

From insightful sessions to invaluable networking opportunities, every moment was tailored to support and inspire growth.

The practical skills acquired and the connections made are sure to propel my business forward. Plus, the complimentary lunch was a delightful bonus!

Hopefully looking forward to repeat of this amazing event. I highly recommend this event to entrepreneurs and small business owners looking to develop and grow their businesses.

The FSB bootcamp in Croydon was amazing. The venue was superb. Food was great, staff were so helpful. They kept supplies topped up throughout the day. There were some fantastic speakers and exhibitors. And it was so well attended. Can't wait for the next one!

I did not know what to expect from this FSB event. It was worth the journey. The event was action packed from start to finish with a variety of speakers speaking on topics that impact businesses. There were nuggets for all business types to take away. The venue was easy to find and everything was well organised. A day well-spent with the
opportunity to also network with like-minded people. (Tutoristic)

I am not sure what I was expecting from the FSB but I was hoping that I would get some help in understanding the business world when starting up my own small business.
The welcome service *I have received was fantastic. I received a phone call initially that explained what the FSB did and I quickly realised that the FSB would be a very useful resource for me, so I signed up here and then.
All actions were followed up and received another meeting invite to walk me through the FSB platform which was truly informative and Morgan Lamoureux was brilliant, down to earth, chatty and responsive to my queries. Again all actions from the call were completed as soon as we were off the call!
The platform is extremely well prese3tned and easy to navigate and there are a plethora of useful resources, webinars and meetings to join.
I am very grateful that the Facebook advert popped up for me and I requested further information!

Great welcome experience. I signed up online and very quickly got contact from the fsb central team arranging a call. On the call Mark talked me through all the different benefits of membership, there were many I had glanced over and not fully understand - absolutely a valuable hour spent and I'm really impressed with how much is included in my membership - will review again in the future once I've taken advantage of some of these!

I am absolutely blown away by the service of Karen in the awards Team. Over and above the call of duty! She has helped make the day be possible for me to be a part of it all, I had some obstacles in the way but she has made it happen - thank you SO much!

I’ve recently attended my second FSB event for women and both times I’ve been struck by the diverse businesses leaders who come together, each offering something unique. I’d highly recommended these expertly hosted events to all women in business, where a warm welcome is guaranteed.

It is very disappointing to see, supposeably a goverment body may u say its calld federation of small buisnesses,, you should chage that name to federation of robing and coning small buinesses uk

Lm a samal strugiling buisness owner who is traped in to a high tarif Electirizity contract, only 1 of over 1 millon small buisnesses that signedup to a high traiff electirizity contract at the hight of 2022 july the hight of the Russia and ukrain war where electirizity companys missold electirizity to over 1millon smallbuinesses nation wide, and FSB is well related withthe subject wich actively in talks with goverment about meny issues that small buisness is effected by ,includeing this subject

My own experiance, l called in asking to see, if l could speak to an adviser about my subject and see if they say yes they can help me (if they was able to help) then l offerd becoming a paying member, the guy on the phone said l couldnt even speak to an adviser if l was not a paying member, all doe l told him, see if the adviser sais they can help with my subject stuation, then l will become member, the representitive again said no, you can not even speak to an advisor unless you are a paying member!!

(SMALL BUISNESSES TRRAPED IN TO HIGH TARIFF CONTRACTS) from JUNE TO DECEMBER 2022 At the begining of ukrain russia war, where energy providers refused to offer contracts, but some alone wolf shady energy provieding companys offerd 3 year 4year with much higher rate garantied supply tarif where you pay almost times ×3 more than what other providers normal dayly rate, wich is far cheaper,, for exampil today 1year and a half after this crisis started, l now pay up to 55 perkilo watt and 55p standing charge, while other companys has deals as litle as 21p perkilowat 20p standing carge while l pay times almost X3 for exampil before this contract l was payin £46 a month in electirizity bill l now pay £170 L mean Whtff,

WHY DONT YOU FSB PRIORITISE THIS SUBJECT TO IN PARLIMENT??in the name of all small buisnesses

Across the Nation all eyes went to east due to gaza stuation, but whats holding you guys to demand a solution in parliment now?, for this trubble you guyz left us to struggle with, what is stoping you from saveing and protecting small buinsesses and ther is no solution for it so ever,,

All Fsb said is, energy providers should allow their consumers to BLEND&EXTEN how good this is,,

But You FSB SHOULD HAVE THIS GOVERMENT SUPPORTED AND APPLIED AS COMPALSUARY TO ALL ENERGY PROVIDERS IN UK THAT THEY MUST ALLOW THEIR COSTUMERS TO BLEND AND EXTEND FULLSTOP, IT IS A COMPALSUARY IT IS A MUST FOR ALL ENERGY PROVIDERS IN UK YOU SOULD SAY FSB,, BUT NOOOO U DIDNT!!

The FSB is a great source of learning, support, and inspiration. As I work solo from home and have little background in business, the well-organised and friendly networking meetings are hugely helpful. There is also a wealth of free resources on the FSB site on running a business, and members of FSB are generous in sharing their expertise and advice. I've also benefitted from training sessions on how to set up a business, eg. accounts, marketing, and working with clients. Other benefits far exceed the membership price, such as healthcare services, insurance, and advocacy for small businesses.

I wholeheartedly recommend joining!
