A lovely light and airy store. Furniture well grouped and easy to walk around. Francesco Rossi was an extremely accomplished and pleasant sales consultant. He was helpful without being pushy, and very patient as I tried out every recliner in the store. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed. Delivery was exactly as promised (6 weeks from purchase) and carried out by two very smart, friendly and efficient young men.

James is very helpful and iv had 2 mattresses both different makes that have collapsed furniture village have Been great in this proses both times with allowing me to choose again and James has been more than helpful on all 3 occasions .. delivery was smooth and polite guys .. although not yo happy with assembly of the bed as I notice the base board is over lapping

The range and quality of sofa beds in your showroom was far superior to others we had visited locally. The salesman who met us was very well-informed and helpful, suggested narrower arms as an option and made the whole experience joyful.

My first encounter with Furniture Village in Hove was Todd who was welcoming, friendly and a very professional salesman. He alleviated all my fears without any pressure, giving me plenty of time, explaining everything to me making the decision so much easier. I Have to mention that the showroom (having looked a others!) was bright clean with not a speck of dust!
Id like to mention a special thanks to Lee and James who made a great team in unloading in filthy weather and respecting my house. I found my purchase from start to finish a good experience and would highly recommend Furniture village
