We found the sofas we liked and the ordering process was easy

Ian at the Chelmsford was brilliant really knew his stuff, we chose the tempur mattress and an electric ottoman, using the interest free finance option which was very straightforward. Fast forward 3 weeks and our new bed arrived yesterday, the delivery guys rang just before arriving and were courteous and respected our home. Lovely lads. Beautiful comfy bed, a lot different to our old bed but we'll get used to it. Thank you FV

I was welcomed immediately i entered store by karunaker rangineni who remembered my previous visit. Clearly explained options on sofa I chose and answered my many questions. Offered and made me a coffee and discussed everything privately at table. Great service and felt appreciated as a customer and felt I was listened to before making purchase. All documentation was went through and t and c pointed out. Would recommend this store .

Kurunaker Rabfineni seemed knowledgeable, unfortunately our first choice of colour was not available, but he explained options regarding headrests etc. Disappointed we could not get lighter colour but not the end if the world.

Salesman Ian was really helpful and patient I had a lot of criteria I wanted to meet for our new dining table and he was helpful but not pushy he had a good knowledge of products available.

I was probably one of her most indecisive customers ever, but Caroline was very patient with me, and went over and above to make me feel comfortable, even made me a drink with a cookie. It took me 2 days and 2 visits but decision was made easier by her help and knowledge.
