The lady I spoke with after I purchased my 1st chair and had issues was very helpful resolved the refund straight away and I went away looking at other places only to go back and make another purchase ,due to quality

We had such an amazing experience with Danny Afgar, he listened to what we needed and helped us by showing images placing the sofa and dining table in our rooms.
He really went above and beyond in helping us and making sure we got exactly what we needed and even advised us when we were looking at the wrong styles for our rooms.
If you visit this store and want honesty and excellent service I would highly recommend speaking to Danny.

We were looking for a dining table and chairs. Salma was our sales rep and provided an excellent service. Started with coffee and once we had picked the one we wanted, she went through showing us how the table extended etc.
We decided on the table/chairs and Salma went through the whole process as we wanted interest free credit. She mentioned about the care package as well for the table.
Process was so easy and very quickly confirmed. Salma also provided her business card if we had any queries or questions going forward.
Would definitely recommend Furniture Village and Salma 😀

A even bigger thank you goes out to Sean Duplessis, for your patience and answering all questions over quality of mattresses and giving us guidance over the items that we looked at and tested.
We went and came back numerous times, not once to you push us to buy extra items or expensive stuff....you answered honestly and made every experience in furniture village comfortable and gave us reassurance.

We recently visited Furniture Village on Purley Way, and I want to share the fantastic customer service we received from Stacy. She was warm, friendly and instantly made us feel comfortable — the kind of person who genuinely enjoys helping customers.
Stacy took her time explaining everything clearly and in detail, making sure we understood all the options, features and differences. Nothing felt rushed, nothing was too much trouble, and she delivered every explanation with patience and a smile. Her knowledge was impressive, but it was her kind, approachable manner that really stood out.
She went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and enjoyable, guiding us through the process step by step and making sure we felt confident in our choices. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such genuine warmth, but Stacy absolutely does.

Very helpful and patient. Took us 12 months to complete our house purchase and they held our order without any issues. Wilfred was extremely helpful and patient and kept in touch throughout the process. He helped us change our order without any problems and was polite and efficient at all times.
