We went in for a browse not sure what we were looking for, the sales assistants made us aware that they were there but there was no pushiness. Once we had made our choice a sales person was immediately available, Alif was very polite, helpful & knowledgeable, he explained everything to us with patience & understanding. Paul was super helpful and really easy to get along with! He gave us a great deal and we’re really happy with our decision to buy from Furniture Village. They felt much more relaxed and welcoming than some of their competitors!

On entering the store I was approached…
On entering the store I was approached by Paul to offer his assistance, I said I was just looking and he was very polite and said to call him if I needed help , lovely staff I did not feel pestered like some stores , when I needed some assistance Paul was there gave me all the information I needed again I did not feel pressured into buying , I returned to the store an hour later to make my purchase again with help from Paul , absolute fantastic member of staff so helpful
