Lovely greeting from Andy & Lukas, extremely Punctual, helpful & considerate in our home even took their shoes off, so a big Thank you. Also asked them to show us how it put together in case we ever need to move it, which they did.

Rausheed and Rismy delivered my Mum’s new armchair from Furniture Village today and we couldn’t have been happier with the service.

Both were incredibly friendly, professional, efficient and courteous. Rausheed took the time to have a chat with us and, importantly, explained clearly how everything worked on the electric recliner, making sure we knew how to use all the features.

A really lovely experience from start to finish. They are a credit to Furniture Village and a great example of what excellent customer service should look like.
