Ant and Neil were absolutely amazing from start to finish. I had a great chat with Ant while he was setting up my sofa in the living room, and both of them were extremely professional and respectful of my home. They took great care when bringing the sofa in to make sure they didn’t scratch or damage the walls, and they made sure everything was set up exactly how I wanted it. Really friendly, careful and hardworking — excellent service from both of them and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Ant and Neil were great. They arrived exactly when expected. Both were friendly and professional and took great care with all aspects of the delivery and assembly of the furniture. Our questions about the furniture were answered and we were given appropriate information. We are very satisfied.

Both Todd who assisted us at the Brighton store and Mehtab and Lee R the delivery guys were brilliant. Very large sofa in to our awkward entry flat with minimal effort, really helpful, friendly and efficient.

The sofa and chair we ordered came exactly as specified. Very comfortable and looked great. The delivery specialists (Nabeel and Aksan) were fantastic. Polite, respectful and very efficient at their jobs. Due to building work they couldn't get close to our place, but they didn't complain and just got on with the job. Can't thank them enough for making it smooth and stress free - excellent service.

Ant & Neil were brilliant at delivering our mattress. They had to bring it up two flights of tight stairs and a few corners to get it up to the bedroom but they did it with ease, making sure nothing was damaged on the way. If we ever need a new mattress, we hope Ant & Neil are the ones to deliver it!

My table was delivered on time & Tom & Luca assembled it before handling it carefully into.my property. A very professional team. Thank you.

Tom and Luca delivered our two sofas today. They arrived earlier than expected which meant we werent quite ready. However, they helped us to remove the old sofa before bringing in the new ones to replace them. They were very conscientious when delivering, making sure carpets were protected where needed.

Ant and Neil delivered and carried our new Sealy supreme mattress to our top floor..
They were very polite and nothing was to much trouble for them both, they both were so friendly. A great couple of guys.

Two very polite and helpful guys Nobeel and Ahsan assembled our table, chairs and sideboard with great care . Showed us how to extend table also how to move it if we wanted. We were asked where we would like the table and chairs positioned also the sideboard. They protected the floor and new furniture with appropriate covering, also both wore protective shoe covers. Very impressed.

Lee and Luka arrived by 7am and was very quick to put the furniture together and show us how the recliners worked. They were very professional and courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend furniture village and certainly recommend Lee and Luka. Thank you guys.

Two very nice polite chaps, they laid covering in my floor and put covers on their shoes.
They unpacked my item, took away all the packing...placed everything where it needed to go, and then they left...

Ant and Neil arrived this morning to deliver my new sofa, they were lovely guys and got straight to work, assembled the sofa in no time and left no evidence of them bringing it through the house. They gave a rundown on how to keep it clean and made sure it was exactly where I wanted it, great service thanks guys!

Lee & Luka were very professional. They took great care to avoid making any mess or damage to paint, doors and walls. They ensured the electrical components were working properly on our reclining sofas and explained the controls. Lee & Luka weee also very friendly and helpful in every respect.

I ordered a 2-seater sofa and I’m very happy with it. Oscar and Raz the delivery specialists did a great job in delivering and setting it up which took no time at all. Highly recommended.
