Tom and Raz was friendly and a small service

Tom And Colin were great and the scaffolding around the house didn’t faze them at all they still got the furniture in without any issues. Great lads!

Lee and Neil couldn’t have been more helpful when delivering our new sofa.
They arrived exactly when they said they would, were friendly, professional and left no mess.

Tom and Raz were very efficient and courteous. They delivered and erected our king size bed. They put protective cover on the floor of hallway, removed their shoes and took away rubbish. Called 30 mins ahead of arrival. Well done and thank you boys!

Jonny at the New Malden store was brilliant. He gave us really helpful advice when choosing the right sofa and made the whole buying process easy and straightforward.

Tom and Luca, who delivered our sofa, were great too. They were friendly, professional and had everything set up in no time.

Good communication of delivery date and time on the day. James and Lee were excellent. Unloaded and set up 2 x 3 seat and 1 x 2 seat settees in about 50 minutes. Very pleased.

Lee and Colin were just dropping off a Vispring mattress protector. My mattress had been delivered a few weeks ago. Both custom made. Every experience with Furniture Village has been really good. From start to finish,pleasant, helpful and obliging people. Would use again.

Rausheed and Wazeem were so helpful. They were very polite and made sure to protect our floor when delivering our sofa. Unfortunately the sofa is damaged and will need to be remade, but I hope we can request the same delivery drivers.

I am very thankful and supper happy with delivery team named Nabeel and Ali as they brought my furniture I was eagerly waiting for and assembled them as I desired.Both of them were very careful when moving furniture inside so that it doesn't cause mess or disturbance in the house and thoroughly explained me about adjustable bolts and levers in the furniture, lastly leaving with handy Alen key for adjustment.I gonna order more from furniture village soon.Thanks team.
