Great service from purchase to delivery, knowledgeable sales staff who understand the products they are selling and use that knowledge effectively to help make informed decisions before you make a purchase. Great communication about delivery times. Really friendly, helpful and professional delivery by Ant and Neil - cleaned up and rubbish removed! Delighted with our new sofa!

Dependable service from Furniture Village
Despite the inconvenience of having to wait 4 months for the delivery of our sofa due to a defect in the original one that had been previously delivered. Furniture Village dealt with the issues admirably and their customer service department were great. The two delivery guys today Lee and Luka did not let the side down they were friendly, professional and provided me with very good maintenance advice. Thank you.
