The two fitters were punctual, polite and professional. They explained points about the furniture and left the house tidy. Their names were Nabeel and Adeel

I highly recommend these guys. They were extremely professional, careful, polite, and efficient. They handled everything with great care, took the necessary photos, and assembled the bed very carefully. They also made sure not to damage or mark any walls, furniture, or anything else in my home.

Everything was done efficiently and professionally from start to finish. Thank you, guys, for the excellent service! Highly recommended — 5 stars!

We had two beds delivered yesterday from furniture village they were delivered by Neil and ant. They turned up on time there texted me it just took them minutes from start to finish excellent job.

Delivery was on time as promised the two delivery guys Tom and Colin where polite made sure protective rugs were put down they knew what they were doing and nothing was too much of a problem, 10 out of 10 for them.

Really impressed with the delivery team, Rismy and Rausheed. They took great care with my new dining table and chairs and were very respectful of my property.
It was pouring with rain and they managed not to get any drips of water on my new floor.
Rismy took care to explain how the product worked and things to look out for in caring for it. They were quick, efficient and very professional. 10/10!

Both gentlemen were extremely professional and methodical, providing top-quality, efficient service and technical skill. Thank you very much indeed. I'd also like to thank the staff in-store for their warm help in arranging for the delivery to arrive before our guests came.

I had a sofa bed delivered today by Neil and Ant from the Guildford branch. Both very courteous and professional. It was a bit of a job to get the sofa bed upstairs, but they managed well! Thanks chaps!

The delivery was well-communicated right from the outset. On the delivery day, Mehtab and Paddy were excellent - friendly and efficient. They put together the bed well and explained its care to me.

Excellent service from the delivery/assembly team (Hatim and Zak). Arrived promptly when they said they would and carefully took the bed to the appropriate bedroom. Built it and positioned it where we wanted it and ensured we were happy with it. Clean, polite and very efficient. Thank you both very much!
