Very good service, made everything easy answered all our questions and very helpfull, as you always are at funuture village cristal peaks, thank you some much always a pleasure to shop in store.

We had been struggling to find the right suite for us. Joe our salesman at the Sheffield store, was very patient, understanding and helpful. It took three visits to finally place the order and Joe did not pressure us, but was helpful and attentive at every visit.

Joe was very professional and helpful. Made everything really easy and couldn’t do enough.

The whole experience was positive and the staff were very helpful and informative. We were interested in a new sofa and there was a large selection. We chose one and it was delivered in good time.

The guys and Craig were so helpful and not in a pushy way like some other retailers they offered me a coffee but no pushy sales let me walk around and gave me space which is why I chose to purchase my new leather suite from you would recommend anyone to come here as all the other furniture shops put me off as soon as I walked through the door ...Thank you

Sales were great. Not pushy or in your face. The delivery and installation guys were exceptional and very skilled (Wayne and Dane!). We've had loads of furniture from FV and the quality is really good - I'm sure we will have lots more!! Nice showroom, well laid out.

Highly recommend the Drakehouse Sheffield store! Wayne was incredibly friendly and highly informative about the dining room furniture we purchased. There was absolutely no pressure or hard sales pitch. He answered all our questions perfectly and then gave us the space to browse the items we were interested in. Fantastic customer service!

My wife and I were getting frustrated trying to choose a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa as we were so indecisive. We just called in to Furniture Village and had a browse around. The choice was quite comprehensive with various styles available. We found one that we liked and was approached by salesman Graham Clifford who offered advice. He seemed very knowledgeable about the product and helped us choose a colour without being pushy. The whole atmosphere was relaxed, Graham made it very easy, and the whole process of making a purchase was stress-free. Thank you.

The man that dealt with the sofa I was looking for was very helpful and knowledgeable explained about the way diffrent seating cushions are filled and ordering my sofa was easy

The salesman explained the workings of the dining table & the choices of chair colours & styles.
The salesman also explained the financial side of purchasing the dining suite.
We are looking forward to the delivery of our new dining suite.👍

6 furniture shops later that day I walked in furniture village, I approached Jez the lovely sales guy who with out any pressure really helped me. I spotted my sofa straight away and very patiently he answered my questions and I asked them over and over again 😂 after 5 shops and a long day Jez was the first to offer me a well needed cuppa! My experience was great, no pushing, understanding and very patient. I can t wait for my new sofa to come now ! Thank s Jez great salesman !!!
