Michael was brilliant. We first met him about a month ago when we came in for the first time to look for a sofa. He was incredibly welcoming and approachable, and always made himself available for any questions we had.
He really helped guide our search. We came in very open-minded, but he helped us understand what we actually needed by asking about our lifestyle, space, and how we like to socialise. He also explained why what we initially thought would work for us might actually be a bit restrictive for our room layout, which was so helpful.
We came back three times in total, and on the third visit we made our purchase. Each time, we specifically wanted to see Michael. We really appreciated his genuine interest, his kindness, his smile, and his positive energy. He made the whole experience enjoyable and easy.
What I still can’t believe is that, right in front of us, on a bank holiday, he emailed the warehouse to make sure we could get a delivery date. We were originally expecting six weeks, but he managed to make it happen in just four days! Huge respect to the whole team for working on a bank holiday. As I said at the time, I honestly couldn’t believe how fast it was—how is that even possible?

Today was my third visit trying to decide which sofa I wanted, and it honestly wasn’t an easy choice! Luckily, Michael made the whole process much easier. Every time I visited Furniture Village in Slough, he was there with a friendly attitude, happy to answer all my questions without ever making me feel pressured to buy.
What I really appreciated was that he gave me space to take my time, think everything through, and make the right decision for myself. Great customer service can really make a difference, and Michael definitely did that. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful decision feel easy and enjoyable.
