They push you thru the process quickly without explaining the terms and conditions properly. Just sign here and pay!
They lost a customer. I would never go back again!

We bought sofa and chairs today from the Lakeside Branch the sales person was Paula Mukadaya.
Paula was attentive , knowledgeable , polite , helpful , she has a great personality ,she is informative , does not push the sale , gives you plenty of time to wander round and make your mind up so you dont feel pressurised and uncomfortable.
To top it all she also makes a lovely cup of coffee.

I came with my disabled sister in law to the Thurrock store. Suzette greeted us and was so helpful even though it was not her department She escorted us to the lift and gave us directions

Customer service,politeness and knowledge from Tan was second to none. Tan Khan was extremely helpful, friendly and patient whilst we went back and forth around choosing a sofa set. Would thoroughly recommend 5*

Wow after hunting for sofas for a couple of years .. Mohammad was amazing so patient not pushy and let us take our time we ended up with sofas and also a dining set too. .. we can’t thankyou enough Mohammad I would highly recommend you to anyone wanting to purchase anything for your home. X

We was struggling to buy a sofa and had been to most of the sofa shops in Thurrock and surrounding areas.
We had been to furniture village a few times to look and measure.
When we was ready to buy we made sure we didn't miss out so took the advice of a advisor her name was surry she was very knowledgeable and polite.
The reason we bought was because alot of other furniture companies in Thurrock had quite bad reviews ( I.e the one next to furniture village) 😯 very happy and looking forward to my new sofa hopefully just before Christmas+- a week or so.

Went into the Thurrock FV store after having previous poor service from many of the neighbouring furniture stores in in the local area.
I was met by Surry Gill who was extremely welcoming upon my arrival and provided an immediate answer to an important question around sofa delivery.
Many of the of the other suppliers only deliver to the second floor only and it’s up to the customer to take it from there. whereas I am on the 3rd top floor.
She put my mind at rest that FV will go above and beyond to get the sofa in and prepared.
Surry gave me time and space to make a decision on which sofa brand was of interest but always on hand to answer questions. She is extremely knowledgeable about the FV products and I would not hesitate to buy from her again. I will certainly make sure she is working on the day I chose to go back and order more items.
Well done FV, so far my experience of you and your staff is 6 star and I’m looking forward to receiving the sofas in due course
