I have purchased furniture, from FV three times. My last purchase was always having problems. Castalan guy came several times a great service. In the end the repairs did not fix the problems. I asked for a replacement chair. Furniture Village said yes with no hassle. Went in store, chose new chair, no problem the staff made it so easy. Castalan people are excellent. Their in store people are great. The call centre people are in my experience are definitely 5 stars. I spoke with operator immediately they were so helpful and so polite. Being an independent company is the key to good customer experience. Highly recommend Furniture Village to anyone.

Really friendly and professional delivery team (Joe & JT)! They worked quickly and efficiently getting our dining chairs and mattress delivered, while being careful with both the furniture and our home throughout. Great communication and a smooth, hassle-free experience overall. Thanks Guys!

Andy & Charlie delivered my sideboard on Tuesday 15.09.2026. They were both very polite and respectful of my home. The installation was done efficiently and quickly and I was extremely happy with them.

We had an issue with our sofa. Was a manufacturer issue. Spoke to Kiran in customer care and he helped resolve the issue quickly. We had an email the next day letting us know the faulty replacements will be delivered.

Fin & Gav were very friendly and efficient.

Matt was very helpful and gave us great advice on the table and chairs we were looking at. He gave us different ideas on the chair options available and moved all furniture around, nothing was too much trouble.
He did not pressure us at all, we were left to consider all the options available and when we decided to go ahead with the purchase he explained everything. He clearly explained the delivery charges and the guarantees we could purchase. We were offered a great deal and cannot thank Matt enough for his great service, would certainly recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much.
