Bought on guaranteed 2/4 day delivery. Waited over a month Tracking still shows it at their depot and item never recieved Communiucations from company just standard scripted letter blaming couriers. No actual proper contact No item and No refund as wont refund unless I return the item that Ive never recieved. I reckon I got scammed! II DID eventually arrive after months and was a complete load of rubbish. Supposed to light 300 on one charge?? It doesn’t even last one evening. Total rip off

Shocking! I ordered 5 lighters in April and had to wait 3 months for delivery...they blamed it on lost stock but their track record suggests they had delivery problems before Covid-19 in Europe (but China had an issue before then!).

I sent them an email on 8th June reporting that one of them won't charge at all and asking what I should do. No reply. We now have another failure that won't charge (it was, but has stopped now) and have emailed them today for guidance.

Also, my own lighter certainly doesn't light 300 times on one charge, absolutely laughable. I think I will just go back to the local market lighters costing 12.5p each...I know they work! If anybody at the company reads this...SORT THE COMPLAINTS

I ordered two lighters from this company on the 21st May and after writing to them to see if these have even been despatched, I have had no communication whatsoever. 18 days with no contact is not good enough. I have ordered items from other countries and have received my purchases fairly quickly having ordered around the same time. Buyers in u.k. beware. I will review again with any updates.

Buyers beware! Now 4 weeks since I placed my order and nothing! I have chased a few times and just receive the stock answer from Sunny that my lighter will arrive but everything is effected by COVID-19.

Now, I have ordered things from a all over the world since the pandemic swept over the globe and none have taken this long to reach me!

Terrible company with even worse customer service. The tracking numbers don’t work properly either.

Recently received the candle lighter! It's a super piece of kit! I have two others on order, for a while now. I'm ok with this, because of covid-19, all deliveries are affected. I also received an email from Jesse in futurelighter telling me that they had experienced an issue with the supply chain and that over 13,000 orders had been misplaced, and futurelighter would make good all of the orders. I see looking at the tracking numbers, that my orders are in transit. This is why I have just ordered another one!

I ordered this item and shortly after received an email saying my order had been shipped. I did a track of my item and it clearly stated it was still at shippers warehouse. I emailed them and “Sunny” very rudely replied hiding behind the Covid-19 pandemic making me feel very selfish, and not to worry about how long it will take and that I will receive! A month later still nothing...very very bad customer service, such a joke..stay clear of this company

Its a con. Nothing has arrived for over a month - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Perfect product! Received it within 24 hours in my mailbox! And unfortunately is the candle lighter sold out... @futurelighter Can you tell me when it is available.

Honestly..don't buy from this website. Like many others my boyfriend didn't receive what he payed for. And your respond to everyone with the same problem is "it poblay got lost in the mail" a bit coincident that it happened to so many. If you run a business..then learn how to run it first. You are making your customers look like fools..and they can't do anything about it. You are selling lighters. Please give people what they payed you for !!! Or get a better costumer service..this is laughable.

Runs out of power quickly. Little dissapointing.

Fast and good delivery, the lihgters are looking very Nice. It is A good and nice gift to my girl friend.
