NO payment and NO response
Futures Elite – Extremely disappointing payout experience. Be very careful.
I am leaving this review after giving Futures Elite multiple opportunities to resolve my payout situation directly.
I purchased 5 accounts, and I successfully took 3 of them to the payout stage:
* F6262380
* F3164873
* F1648360
During the payout review, Futures Elite’s Risk Management team questioned my trading activity and claimed that my profits were concentrated in a small number of trades. They considered this a violation related to their minimum trading day requirements.
Rather than continuing to dispute their interpretation, I accepted their proposed resolution.
On August 2, Futures Elite offered to pay me 30% of the requested profits as a “goodwill gesture.” I accepted their proposal the same day and explicitly confirmed that I wanted to proceed.
You would expect the next step to be simple: process the agreed payment.
It wasn't.
After accepting their offer:
* No payment was ever made.
* The 30% they offered was never paid.
* The payout request button remained disabled.
* I was not given any way to submit the payout manually.
* I contacted them again requesting clarification and asking them to proceed with the agreed resolution.
My last follow-up was sent on August 5. Since then, they have stopped responding to my emails.
This is what I find unacceptable.
I can understand a prop firm having strict trading rules. I can also understand a company reviewing trading activity and even denying a payout if they believe their rules were violated.
But if a company offers a specific resolution to a payout dispute, the trader accepts that resolution, and then the company does not pay, does not enable the payout request, and stops responding to communication, that is a completely different matter.
I did not demand the full payout after their decision. I accepted the 30% they offered. I simply expected them to honor the resolution they proposed.
Instead, I was left with disabled payout functionality and no meaningful communication.
I am posting this review because I believe potential customers deserve to know what happened before purchasing accounts with Futures Elite.
My personal experience has been extremely negative. I cannot recommend Futures Elite based on how this payout situation was handled.
If Futures Elite believes any statement in this review is inaccurate, I invite them to respond publicly and explain why the 30% payout they offered on August 2 was never processed after I accepted it the same day.
At this point, I have no confidence that Futures Elite intends to resolve the matter.

Misleading marketing
I first visited the NinjaTrader website and looked at the available offers. I saw the FuturesElite promotion, which advertised a **"Promo Code: NINJA"** with **"Up to 100% off + 10th Prime account free."**
I then went to the FuturesElite website and entered the **NINJA** promo code, but no discount was applied at all.
When I contacted support, they told me something completely different. They said the **100% off** offer only applies if you purchase **10 Prime accounts**, meaning the 10th account is free.
The problem is that the website and the support team are communicating different things. The advertisement makes it sound like new customers can receive up to 100% off with the promo code, while support later explains that the 100% discount is only for the 10th account. This is confusing and lacks transparency.
This kind of marketing creates false expectations and significantly reduces my trust in the company. If the promotional offer is not presented clearly, it also makes me question how transparent the company will be with other important matters, such as payouts.
For these reasons, I cannot recommend this prop firm.

AMAZING SUPPORT TEAM
I have been trading with FuturesElite for a while now. I love their platform and transparency, and they care about traders. There was an issue with my payout, but man, the support team is absolutely amazing and responsive. They responded promptly and were trying to resolve the issue ASAP. I love the team, and by the way, their accounts too. I bundled 5 accounts; I got the fifth one for free. THE BEST TEAM AND FIRM IN THE INDUSTRY
Had some confusion on the "Payouts"…
Had some confusion on the "Payouts" page was reviewing the status of my funded accounts and two of the stated the account rules were breached. I did not break any rules. Spoke with the customer Support Agent named OverWatch and he explained it was related to my tradecopier. He assured me my accounts were in good standing and when I request payouts on these account they will fix everything and process the payouts. Overwatch was professional, explained the issue in detail and was pleasant to deal with.
Love trading with FuturesElite and thank you Overwatch.
horrible firm would never recommend

They will try their best to deny your payouts, I faced an issue cause they said I made more majority of my money on one day and I lost the next day after that all I did was to take the payout they said you didn’t make enough on the other days even tho all the winning days were hit apparently just because you hit the winning days isn’t enough
Peace
Peace, is a pretty professional customer service Agent, amazing services and all my questions where answered and promise me all my concerns about payment will be resolved. I feel good now with the services. Thanks
I’m writing this review because this…
I’m writing this review because this company isn't trustworthy; be very careful, because they’ll look for any excuse to get rid of you. They only really deal with you after you’ve bought the accounts—before that, they don't tell you anything. For example, I bought accounts, and after I passed the trial phase, they reset the account I had cleared. They claimed I’d broken a rule because I shared the same internet IP address as someone living in the main house (I live in a separate apartment on the property). I explained the situation, but they didn't understand at all. That’s why I’m telling you to be careful: don't buy these accounts—they’re scammers.
HOLA
Hello, I am a FuturesElite customer with a very, very bad opinion about this company there I will tell you to operate an account the days I made the money anyway I already have money available to withdraw and it tells me that I am not eligible to withdraw because I have the same IP address of another user which is totally false in my house my wife has the same physical address as me but we have different users, we have never shared accounts, passwords or credentials. Each one to operators only and exclusively their accounts independently and we have never carried out operations on the other's account, maybe at some point the PCs have connected to the same internet connection but operations have never been carried out with the same connection and now after thousands of scalping rules that you have take the account there little by little I lost I won and so and everything they want to play with my money now they want to pay and this is a lack of everything the truth I invested time and money I don'

I accidentally reset a profitable evaluation and their support team helped me with patience and understanding.
Best customer service
I have only been in the prop firm space for a short time but have had accounts with Apex, Lucid, Funded Seat and Alpha. I took a flyer on FuturesElite and I am extremely grateful that I did. I have found their customer service to be second to none. I have had a few issues due to my own lack of knowledge and they were so quick to respond and resolve my issues, I was shocked based on other experiences. I am a fan and cannot recommend FuturesElite highly enough.
Very prompt in resolving queries
Very prompt in resolving queries. Bolaji and overwatch were absolutely amazing in helping throughout. Future elite is one of the bestttttt
My experience with FuturesElite
My experience with FuturesElite — traders should know this before buying an account.
I had a funded account with an $11,600 buffer built. During a payout review, they flagged trades I took after a CPI release. I was upfront with them: I answered every question honestly, acknowledged the rule issue directly, and cooperated through the entire review.
Because of that cooperation — their words — they offered a reduced one-time settlement of about $1,000 “in full and final resolution” of the payout request. I accepted in good faith.
Then they reset my account to zero. $11,600 in buffer, gone. The account reset was not disclosed anywhere in the settlement offer I accepted. If wiping the account was part of the deal, it should have been in the terms before I agreed — not applied after.
Take whatever lesson you want about their rules. My issue is simpler: I was transparent with them, accepted their reduced offer as “final resolution,” and they added a penalty after the fact that was never part of what I agreed to. That’s not how a firm that respects its traders operates.
Get every consequence in writing before you accept any settlement from this firm. I learned that the expensive way.
Be very careful with this company
Be very careful with this company. It's been over 5 days since I submitted an account, and they haven't funded it. According to them, the KYC verification didn't pass because they say I don’t meet something that they don’t even explain well. I'm just telling you to be careful with this company.

The best propfirm to trade with
The best propfirm to trade with! customer support are so helpful and understanding. Much preferred over the likes of lucid, tradeify and other prop firms out there and well priced too!
Unclear Rules and Inconsistent Enforcement (Updated: Support Resolved with Refund)
Update: Customer support has since reached out to me. They initially offered a free account reset, which I declined because I still disagree with the original reason for the account cancellation. They then offered a refund minus operational fees, which I found fair. Throughout this period, the support team was cooperative and actively looked for a solution. I have accepted the refund offer and am currently waiting for the request to be finalized.

My experience with FuturesElite was extremely disappointing, despite the fact that their dashboard is genuinely well designed. It is clear, detailed, and provides useful statistics about trade duration, profits, losses, and overall performance.
Unfortunately, the value of a good dashboard becomes questionable when the company appears to ignore its own displayed data when deciding whether a trader has passed.
FuturesElite denied my account upgrade by claiming that my scalping profits exceeded 50% of the $3,000 profit target. However, their own dashboard showed that the complete 0 to 10 second trade category contained 8 trades with a total net profit of $1,250. Since 50% of the target is $1,500, the complete category shown on the dashboard did not exceed the limit.
The company instead calculated $1,718 by counting only the profitable short-duration trades, while excluding losing and breakeven trades from the same category. I repeatedly asked them to provide the exact published rule stating that only profitable scalping trades are counted and that losing or breakeven scalping trades are excluded. They could not provide such wording. They only repeated their internal interpretation of the rule.
One of the main trades they used against me generated approximately $1,500 in around 10 seconds. This trade was not a random manual scalp. I entered the position with a stop loss and take profit already set in advance. The market moved rapidly in my favor and immediately hit my predetermined profit target.
In other words, I was effectively penalized for entering a strong trade at an excellent time and for the market reaching my legitimate take-profit order quickly.
There is also a major inconsistency in how the company handled the situation. This trade occurred several days before I completed the evaluation. If this trade automatically made the account ineligible under their system, why was the account not stopped or flagged immediately?
Instead, they allowed me to continue trading for several more days. Only after I completed the evaluation and qualified for the upgrade did they reject the account using an internal calculation method that was not clearly stated in the published rules.
This strongly raises concerns about how their rules are enforced. If the system was genuinely configured according to the interpretation later given by support, the account should have been automatically identified as ineligible at the time of the trade. It should not have remained active until I finished the evaluation.
I contacted support multiple times and requested:
The exact published wording supporting their calculation method.
A complete trade-by-trade calculation showing how they reached $1,718.
An explanation of why the dashboard showed $1,250 while they used a different amount.
Escalation to a supervisor, risk team, or compliance reviewer.
Instead of directly answering these questions, support repeatedly sent the same general rule, provided circular explanations, and avoided the specific contradiction between their calculation and the dashboard. After my final escalation request, they stopped responding.
To be clear, my complaint is not that FuturesElite has a scalping rule. The problem is that they appear to apply an unpublished interpretation of that rule only after a trader completes the evaluation.
A company should not allow a trader to continue taking risks, investing time, and completing an evaluation, only to introduce a different interpretation of the calculation after the trader has passed.
The dashboard is excellent. The transparency, rule enforcement, appeal process, and customer support were not.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend FuturesElite. Traders should ask for written clarification about exactly how scalping profits are calculated before purchasing an evaluation, especially whether losing and breakeven trades are excluded and whether a fast take-profit execution can later be used to deny an account upgrade.
Extremely exaggerated company
I passed the first stage and met the payout eligibility, yet my first payout was rejected. Throughout the process, you kept accusing me of violating your rules but never provided any substantive evidence, relying instead on vague definitions and unilateral judgment to invalidate my trading results.
What is even more outrageous is that, instead of paying what I had earned, you offered me a settlement agreement and expected me to sign away my rights, accept a low settlement, and stay silent under confidentiality and non-disparagement clauses. That is not fair treatment — it is an attempt to buy my silence with a fraction of what I believe I earned.
I did not sign the settlement agreement, and instead of resolving the matter fairly, you deleted my account and blocked me from my country. That is absolutely outrageous.
For someone who has invested significant time, energy, and effort into trading, this is not just disappointing. It is a complete denial of my work and results. No evidence, only conclusions. No fairness, only a silence clause.
