I had a very disappointing experience with FXOpen. After depositing my funds and making some trades, I attempted to withdraw my money but the process failed multiple times. I contacted their support team, but I never received a helpful response. It's very frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better service from a trading platform. Unless they improve their system and communication, I cannot recommend FXOpen to anyone.

Withdrawal problem
I’ve been with this broker for some time, but I’ve run into a major issue. They do not allow me to withdraw my funds because my Russian passport is outdated. Although I have other valid documents to verify my identity, I can’t update my Russian passport because I’ve moved to another country. As a result, they are holding my money and not releasing it. This has been a frustrating experience, and I would caution others about this policy.
