BTC Deposit Still Missing
BTC Deposit Still Missing – Over 4 Days – No Resolution
I deposited 0.00083 BTC to my FXOpen account (Account ID: XX21FXPNXXU656921000B) on July 11, 2025 at 17:00.
The transaction has 121 confirmations on the blockchain, yet my funds are still not credited.
Support keeps repeating the same excuse: “technical issue, please wait” – but it’s been more than 4 days, and no resolution, no ETA, no compensation, nothing.
This kind of delay and lack of accountability is unacceptable from any broker – let alone one claiming to be regulated.
I am now warning other traders and escalating the case to crypto fraud monitoring services and international forums.
BTC Deposit Ignored – No Resolution After 5+ Days
I deposited 0.00083 BTC to FXOpen on July 11, 2025 (Transaction ID: 6c6a9d…f0d5), and it was confirmed on the blockchain with 121 confirmations.
Support keeps replying with the same copy-paste message:
“We are doing our best to solve them as soon as possible.”
No ETA, no solution, no compensation — even after filing a formal complaint.
Totally unprofessional behavior from a broker claiming to be regulated. I am warning others: Do NOT deposit crypto with FXOpen until they resolve this.

FOREX OPEN IS ONE OF THE BEST, IF NOT THE BEST FOREX BROKER
I have been doing business with this company for a long time, more than 15 years. I have noticed that many other companies have already gone bankrupt and then caused the loss of hard-earned money, deposited in their client's trading account. This has never been the case for FXOpen, which has always lived up to its clients' expectations. I believe it is because Forex Open must be disciplined and serious that it has always been able to stand out from the dishonest attitude of many other forex brokers. Forex Open has been able to protect itself and its clients from the major disasters that have already hit the world economic order and proudly continue to exist over time. I wish it continued longevity!

Support is very good, you can trust this company, but the highest leverage is only 1:30 for small accounts, it's hard to grow your account with this leverage otherwise everything is good.

Trouble-free experience for a number of years. Good customer service too. The only reason that I have moved on to another brokerage is that I've discovered that I'm a better trader with stocks in niche areas that I understand well, than I was ever going to be with Forex.
